The Space:

The 'dual living' type of configuration caters well to families or groups wanting to holiday together while also having ample space to spread out. Each side of the apartment features two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living area. The location of the apartment caters completely to the convenience of coastal living, making it a great choice for families. Enjoy an easy stroll to the sands of Kings Beach and let the kids make the most of the fun fountains, ocean pool and park.

Offering the perfect blend of functionality and a relaxed coastal lifestyle, this spacious apartment is perfect for two families or a group of friends. Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area frequently should you need it. The apartment is approximately a 5-minute walk to Moreton Parade where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

Other Things to Note:
*Please note there is no lift, the apartment is accessed via two flights of stairs.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

Superb!!

So spacious and perfect for families with young children. Spoilt for choice with playgrounds within walking distance, splash play, rock pool, coastal walking track, cafes and restaurants.. perfect location with so much to offer! Host was very responsive with all contact.

Nothing but praise

The apartment is extremely attactive and well laid out. There are many thoughtful touches that made for a very, very comfortable stay. We stayed with extended family.....some members of the family being well travelled and somewhat hard to please. However, everyone loved this unit!!!Wouldn't hestitate booking this again when heading to one of our favourite holiday destinations on the Sunshine Coast.
