It has a northerly aspect over the river, which bathes the apartment in natural light and provides cooling river breezes through the large sliding glass doors and windows. The apartment has been immaculately styled to make you feel like you are on tropical holiday.

The main bedroom has a King size bed, en-suite and private balcony with river views. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the third bedroom has two singles. The kitchen is well appointed which includes a full size fridge, stove & oven, dishwasher and microwave. The apartment has ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning and wifi. There is also a washing machine & dryer conveniently in the apartment.

The apartment is not only located along beautiful Gympie Terrace with river views, but is a hop, skip and a jump to cafes, restaurants and shopping, but also conveniently located within walking distance to Woolworths, BWS, Dan Murphys, McDonalds and a chemist - all located a short, flat 5 minute walk out of the back door in Noosaville.

The complex has a tropical lush heated swimming pool (heated winter months) with BBQ facilities for your enjoyment. Just across the road is Gympie Terrace and the riverfront parkland with BBQ areas, tennis courts and boat hire.

Noosa Main Beach and Hastings Street is just a 5 minute drive away or you can catch the Ferry!
