This place is positioned in the perfect spot, just park your car in the underground carpark, and enjoy all that Mooloolaba has to offer. A few steps to the left of the huge ground floor balcony and you're in the swimming pool or a few more steps and you're on the beach. No roads to cross - in fact shoes are optional! The air conditioned apartment is large with plenty of sitting space both inside and out to cater for all guests. Massive tv to keep hubby happy too. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need for your stay as there's oodles of crockery and glassware (no need to be washing dishes every five minutes). There's 2 great sized bathrooms and the beds provide a good nights sleep - even the sofa bed has a full sized mattress - no nasty bars sticking in your back !! Linen is provided and all you need bring along are beach towels,

This location and the parks along the Mooloolaba Spit are very popular for wedding ceremonies and events. This location has a beautiful walkway with the ocean on one side and the Mooloolah River on the other. The end of the pathway is a popular fishing spot.
Within walking distance to Underwater World Sea Life Aquarium, Canal River Cruises, Scuba Diving, Jet Ski Hire. Fisheries on the Spit Seafood Restaurants and more

Love Mooloolaba

Perfect location to walk to everything. Particularly loved the undercover outdoor area, the pool, the beach access and the privacy of the outdoor area. Second bedroom small but otherwise apartment good.

What a beautiful property.So spacious, perfectly clean, well stocked with all the household items you need.A huge private balcony with a Weber bbq.The most comfortable bedding.And literally a few steps from the best beach. We look forward to our next stay here, thank you Leonie

Amazing, perfect location

It's was lovely can't express how amazing our stay was will be definitely coming back location is on point, service was amazing, the only reason why I have 4 stars for cleaning cause under the futon was some lollie wrapping and lollies underneath but that is it, this place is perfect for a family getaway 💓

Perfect holiday home

We are a family of 5 and loved this property. It is spacious, clean , well equipped, very close to the beach and an easy walk to the wharf precinct and esplanade shops. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioner kept the property cool even in the extreme heat and humidity we experienced. The pool was also a big positive for us and it was great to be able to sit outside on the deck and watch the kids in the pool. Leonie was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We can’t fault this property and will most definitely be back !

Great family holiday location

We loved it! We did not have to use our car as everything we needed was within walking distance. This allowed us to go as a family to the beach or just one by one as it was so quick. The privacy afforded by the trees and shrubs was fantastic. Normally we love having a view of the water. We did not miss this one iota because we could be on the beach in a couple of minutes. My dealings with Stayz and especially the host were excellent - Very responsive, incredibly polite and helpful. My family from the UK were amazed at the whole experience and revelled in the relaxation the property afforded. I would definitely book this property again and for longer than a week.

Relaxing Beach Weekender

location not luxury

Clean although signs and smells of mould. Excellent location near "The Wharf" however incredibly noisy older unit block which echoes every noise from every other unit. There was no long weekend sleep in. Key issues: unit complex main door very sticky and difficult to open. Key to carpark doesn't work. The carpark would only be suitable for a very small car as it is difficult to access and leave due to small size. No long term street parking.

Holiday At 20 Steps

We stayed here for Easter with our son, his partner and our two grandchildren. The unit was clean and well presented. Very spacious, pool is right outside the back door, the beach is a couple of minutes walk away. The beds were very comfy and showers were great. Everything you need is here. We Loved it. Thank you so much Graham and Leonie. Will be back soon.

Amazing property! The ultimate sunshine coast location, walking distance to everything you could need. Right on the water step straight onto the sand. I feel like we found the hidden gem on the Sunshine Coast, will be staying here again! The property was very clean, had everything you could need included. Hosts communicated well at check in. The property is very large for a 2 bedroom apartment.

Break away to paradise

This property was quiet , well equipped and maintained with very comfortable beds. Ideally situated for access straight onto the beach but sheltered by the dunes. Very easy walking along the board walk to the surf club and delights of Mooloolaba shops and restaurants. Also good g the other way is amazing seafood straight from the trawler and lovely parks for the kids. The far end of the bay is very sheltered for safe swimming if you don’t like being chucked around by big waves! The waters and beach are pristine. The Savvy Squire bar and Sealife is just 5 minutes walk away . The Unit is very quiet and tucked away despite being close to these areas. We will definitely go back ! Leonie and Graham are great to deal with. Awesome holiday !

Great location and unit

Perfect location and size. We had 5 adults stay in this unit and there was plenty of room. Ideal location, close to the beach with a very short stroll, direct access to the boardwalk heading to the spit or to the shops. The unit is set up with everything you need

Beautifully appointed , comfortable and easy beach access

Inviting relaxation, from board games to netflix, all was provided for a pleasant, private, beach getaway. Handy to the town and wharves, just a short walk.
