"Room was very clean, staff really helpful and nice. Room was spacious. The only things that were an issue for us were the mattress and the pillows. These felt old and really need an upgrade"

"Excellent stay! Our go-to hotel when visiting Universal Studios. Comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels. Great amenities, parking, and decent breakfast to start the day. Friendly staff."

"Great service, great location, beautiful room, the only problem was there was no power in the room when we arrived, but they solved it quickly. Would go back."

"Great hotel, rooms were simple but very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth and they even held our luggage after the check out for a few hours. It doesn’t offer a full breakfast but make sure to go right across the street to Hugo’s, it has the best breakfast and they even give a discount if you’re staying in Hotel Mariposa."
