"An amazing experience from start to finish from the staff that greet you at the door to the reception and waiting staff. All were courteous and warm. As for the actual hotel, it is stunning and we can’t wait to go back. We upgraded to the junior suite and it was worth the extra. Couldn’t recommend Dakota enough."

"We stayed in the Collingwood Suite and it was very comfortable. The bathroom was upstairs as you enter the suite, with the bedroom down the stairs. Stairs lit by small lights, very nice touch. The towels and robes were comfortable. For being a city centre hotel, it was very quiet, we heard no traffic through the night and the bed was cosy and comfortable. The only negative was that the tea and coffee making facilities are hidden in a cupboard, i initially thought there was no milk as it was...

"Lovely hotel located on the river away from the noise of the city. Great room and nice extra touches like bathrobes and water in the fridge. The bathroom is somewhat dated but the bedroom felt modern and had a really comfy bed. Really nice breakfast staff, so attentive to food allergies, particularly Elizabeth. Would definitely return to this hotel"

"I really liked this hotel. Conveniently located near train station but quiet. My only concern was that the restaurant is very limited in its offerings (primarily chicken). I was glad to see a broader range of options for breakfast, at least. Overall a nice hotel but I wouldn’t count on the restaurant for dinner. "
