"Beautiful place with spacious suites and great staff"

"The Hot tub was ice cold When I complained about it, the staff was rude to me, and all they would do to fix the problem was to have someone "look into it" It was late after a long day of travel. I told the staff that this was unacceptable, and that I expected a full refund so I could find a different hotel with a functional hot tub. The staff refused, and the hotel management refused to compensate me in any way. I guess Best Western is desperate for every booking they can manage to secure."

Area feels a bit sketchy, and it didn't help they share a small parking lot with another hotel so I ended up parking on the street three blocks away and carrying my stuff. "Its not a destination sorta hotel. The traffic could be heard but wasnt as bad as it could have been after 10pm’ish. Was it the right price to sleep & shower- yes."

"this is an older hotel but the rooms are clean and a good size. Easy walking to a few restaurants. Our 2nd time here. Would stay again"

"Very limited parking, have to park early evening or you won't have a spot for the night, small basis pool that is extremely echoey. Hard to be in the area if multiple people are in the pool. Especially kids. Rooms were small, but did the job. Bathroom was small but works, tub is very narrow and tight. Water pressure and shower head was good. Room had a small fridge and microwave. Overall a decent stay if your looking for a basic stay and smaller beds."
