High end one bedroom suite (queen bed) situated at 2432 Fairways Dr. overlooking the golf course on the valley trail. A short 10-15 minute walk to the village or ride the in-resort shuttle provided during the ski season. Beautiful mountain and golf course views from your private patio. Fully equipped kitchen and new queen size bedroom set will enhance your experience. Washer/dryer provided in suite. A luxurious living room complete with electric fireplace and 55" TV will make your stay cozy and enjoyable.
Please note that the prices on the VRBO website are in US dollars. It will convert to Canadian when you go to the payment reservation site.

This is the second time my family has returned to this suite. The host's attention to details is unparalleled, from cuddly blankets on the couch, to ski boot dryers and the amazing collection of books that my daughter fell in love with. I hope to be back again!

The communication from the owners was wonderful. Kathy and Brad's place has a delightful warm decor with high end finishes. The thought that they put into providing hospitality was immense. For example, there was a box of local chocolates on the bed, candles, a selection of teas/coffee/hot chocolate mixes. All of the utensils and appliances were high end and working well. It is a very comfortable place for a couple. Enjoyed the place and area.😊

Our little "nest" was the perfect accomodation for my son and me when we visited Sun Peaks. Close enough to the slopes for my son to walk and easy to drive and park for me. Our hosts were extremely attentive to our every need. When it snowed, they got up early to make sure our path and driveway were clear. They also provided coffee, tea, hot chocolate, spices and delicious chocolate candies--such a welcomed touch! Overall, a wonderful stay!!

The Falcon's Nest has everything you would want in a home away from home. Every detail has been considered. The suite was clean and in great shape with high quality furnishings and cookware. Brad and Kathy greeted us at the door when we arrived and then we didn't see them again (just the way we like it, as we value our privacy). We will definitely visit again.

My wife and I just spent the last 5 days in Sun Peaks at the Falcon's Nest. The wow factor is alive and well at the Falcon's Nest. Brad and Kathy are amazing hosts who go above and beyond. We will stay here again. In fact we would work our vacation schedule around when this place was available. Thanks for sharing your place with us!!

Beautiful location, walking distance to the village, but far enough away to be very quiet. All the comforts of home. We did some hiking up the mountain, and enjoyed the private hot tub, with a view of the golf course and the mountains. Definitely recommend.

This property is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The homeowners have thought of everything and are wonderful to talk to if you have any questions. My children could not get over how beautiful the suite was. My daughter was amazed that she was invited to take books from the private library. Nearly every desire has been anticipated - throws to cuddle with on the couch, flashlights in the nightstand, a selection of bandages in the bathroom.... We were all rolling around on the floor playing "Catchphrase." We would definitely love to stay here again.

We loved this property that was an approximate 12 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the village base. Directions for check in and access were clear and precise and Brad was very quick to respond to all of our queries both before and during our stay. The suite was a lot brighter than we expected for a walk out basement. Lots of extra amenities such as coffee, tea, set of handwarmers for the frigid day till we could grab some from the village. Lots of kitchen implements and a huge fridge that allowed us to dine in rather than go to the village in the evenings. A very private and extremely quiet rental. And the 2 person hot tub was perfect for easing the muscles after a day on the slopes. Thank you Brad and Kathy, your efforts with this place were much appreciated!
