Welcome to Stone's Throw #37, a pet friendly (maximum two pets; $15 per pet, per night), warm, and friendly, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner condo. This dog-friendly home has great ski-in and ski-out access and all the amenities a family could need, topped off with a private hot tub perfect for Après ski while watching the sunset! Plus, stay cool in summer with portable air conditioning.

Golf Trip

Birthday Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this home. It was roomy and amazingly decorated. The Christmas decor was just a added bonus to a beautiful unit. The hot tub was brand new and awesome. The unit was clean and slept my family of 5 perfectly (with extra space!) we arrived to the home and the internet and tv weren’t working (home was freshly painted) and someone was there within minutes to help fix it! Perfect birthday weekend with our kids! Thank you for everything!

A nice escape

It was a nice relaxing getaway. Condo was very well stocked with everything needed. It was also very nice our pups were welcome. Next time we need to bring our clubs. Secure parking was great too. After parking our car we never touched it again. Hot tub was fantastic! Wished we lived closer.

Relaxing Vacation

Perfect location and the condo was notably clean. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the hot tub was amazing. Great views of the golf course and mountains, I would definitely stay here again.

Another annal family trip to sun peaks

We really liked the condo and have stayed in this complex several times. This unit has the best views. Their hot tub overlooking the golf course was great. The kitchen is very well stocked, and the kids all had their own beds. It’s is a dog friendly condo and we really appreciate that as well. Great stay. We would certainly stay here again. We enjoyed DH biking, disc golf, tennis, farmers market.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. The pictures accurately show the condo. The hot tub was really nice, and the location was perfect. If you are staying, bring a can opener as we realised too late that that was one thing the kitchen did not have, but other than that it was well kitted out with everything you'd need for cooking - utensils, dishes etc and everything look clean and fresh.

We had a GREAT stay. The property was clean, well equipped, and comfortable for 3 adults and 2 dogs. It was a treat to have a private hot tub on the patio, facing the golf course for lots of privacy. We visited just before Summer season at the resort, so the chairlifts were not operating. The trade off was silence!

Clean, peaceful and great view

My husband, myself and our 2 dogs stayed here while we attended a family function. We were able to be within close proximity to one another which was perfect. The condo was well stocked with all the basics plus some. The hot tub has a beautiful view of the golf course and ski hill. We would stay here again.

So relaxing !

Stayed in this condo at the beginning of May and it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Great location, amazing view from all the windows, main area and bedroom, and from the hot tub as well. You can easily walk to the ski village, and really all around this whole little town, and enjoy the cafes and shops with all the walking/biking paths going in and out of neighborhoods and the forest. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen has all the essentials you need to cook, the bedrooms are comfortable, and we enjoyed that the loft offered an extra space to chill. The bathrooms were very clean, we just had to plan shower time to prevent running out of hot water. I was so happy to be able to bring my dog with us, it made it a real family vacation.

Beautiful Location and Scenery!

We stayed at this resort for two nights and we enjoyed the stay. We loved that it is dog friendly, in fact all of Sun Peaks is pretty much dog friendly and that is a huge bonus! We would definitely stay here again, with some revised expectations. Our only criticism is the unit should have been cleaner for the cost of the cleaning fee! The cleaning fee for two nights was exorbitant! We own a vacation rental ourselves and our cleaning fee is about a quarter of this one. This one would have paid a couple of cleaners a good hourly rate for about five hours of cleaning! For the most part it was fairly clean, but under both couches was disgusting. We only found that out as our dog managed to push his Kong under one of the couches. It was covered in dust and there was also some kind of dog chew stick under there, that had been there for who knows how long. Also the curtain rod in the living room looked to have a year's worth of cobwebs and dust on it. If the cleaning fee was reasonable I wouldn't even bring this up, but because it was so high I feel that the unit should have been exceptionally clean. As I said at the beginning, we would stay here again, but I would expect either a lower cleaning fee or a spotless unit.

Nice, well appointed place, but needs a thorough cleaning!

We very much enjoyed the property. It is in a great location (we can’t wait to go back during ski season!) and is quite well appointed. However, it is in dire need of a good cleaning. The thickness of dust on the ceiling fans, kitchen extraction fan is gross! In fact, we avoided turning on the fans over concerns over being rained down on with flying dust.
