Imagine una casa acogedora donde alojarse mientras disfruta de las muchas actividades que Sun Peaks tiene para ofrecer. Echo Landing es el desarrollo más nuevo de Sun Peaks al este de la aldea y nuestra casa adosada se encuentra a pocos pasos de East Village Ski Way (¡y por unos pocos pasos, queremos decir que somos la tercera unidad más cercana al camino!). Con un plano de planta de concepto abierto y 1,500 pies cuadrados de espacio, hay mucho espacio para extenderse. Nuestra casa adosada permite tranquilidad y tranquilidad del ajetreo y el bullicio del pueblo, que está a solo 10 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad, donde puedes visitar las tiendas y restaurantes. Se ofrece un servicio de transporte gratuito durante las horas de esquí en invierno para llevarlo por la ciudad.

Esta casa es una nueva unidad de 3 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños. La sala de estar principal incluye una sala de estar con cómodos asientos seccionales y sillas para descansar frente a la chimenea de gas y un televisor de 55 pulgadas. La cocina está equipada con hermosos gabinetes de madera, una estufa de gas para los amantes de la cocina, encimeras de cuarzo, todo el equipo de cocina necesario para cocinar y una gran isla con 4 taburetes. El comedor tiene una mesa de madera sólida con un banco y sillas para que su familia y amigos se reúnan. El baño de polvo tiene pisos de baldosas con calefacción (al igual que todos los baños de la unidad). Una espaciosa bañera de hidromasaje para seis personas se encuentra en el patio trasero. El garaje en tándem se calienta con 2 calentadores de pared que funcionan durante todo el invierno y está equipado con un secador de botas de grado comercial que puede secar hasta seis pares de botas a la vez. Una vista de las pistas de esquí de Sunburst y Sundance se puede ver desde el frente de la casa. Para los niños, la colina en trineo del complejo se encuentra cruzando la calle en el estacionamiento 5 y es gratis para todos.

The property was amazing. We enjoyed the location, easily walkable to the village. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and having the garage to store bikes and dry out wet gear was a bonus. Communication with the hosts was easy and responsive. Wifi wasn't an issue. Great mountain for biking and golfing, will be booking again.

Fantastic Stay

This property was incredible from all fronts. Incredibly well stocked kitchen with spices, coffee filters, dishwasher pucks and little amenities that for a week stay was certainly appreciated. Everything was very clean and the pictures accurately represent the house. The ski in, ski out location was great to ski early in the morning, stop in for lunch and head back out in the afternoons! One thing that I will comment on that renters should be aware is the dropoff at a location a few kms away. Being here for a week, we had quite a few recyclable items and trash that we had to deal with the morning of our departure. Not the end of the world, but still took around 30 minutes away from our 10am checkout time. All in all we would not hesitate to book again for a rental next year. Thank you!

Great Stay

This townhouse exceeded our expectations! The decor was lovely, and the space was perfectly set up for a family ski vacation. We appreciated the roomy layout, which comfortably accommodated our group of four adults and two kids. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire place was impeccably organized. The location was a major plus – very easy to access ski lifts. The kids were thrilled with the nearby toboggan hill and the provided toboggans. We had a truly memorable stay and would absolutely book this property again.

Fabulous ski house - a true home away from home

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.House was so well set up and equipped with everything you could possibly need from seasonings and cooking utensils to toiletries etc.Comfortable beds and a warm cosy house to return to after a long day on the slopes. Gorgeous hot tub to soak in too and a very well set up garage with ski boot warmers which we loved.Highly recommend!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is as described. It was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Plenty of kitchen equipment and basics. Truly ski in and easy access out to the Orient lift. The garage is large and the boot heater / dryer was much appreciated. Hot tub and Weber BBQ were great. Rachel was great to deal with and most helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect perfect perfect

Arriving to a warm and clean house was so very welcome after a tough drive over to Coq Pass!! Kids all raced in to pick their beds, all very happy with their snowy views. The kitchen had everything we needed, the spa was hot and clean, the garage fitted the giant Tundra and bliss, warm ski boots and gloves in the morning with the dryer! 2 mins to the bottom of the ski lift and skied to the front door at the end of the day. Beautiful 15 min walk to the village via the village trail in the evenings for dinner. Rach was the perfect host with comms and helpful info. Gosh, we’d be back in a heart beat, pity New Zealand is so far away!!!

first time at sun peaks

we loved this place! so comfortable and had everything we needed including soaps, extra linens/towels and even a variety of spices. beds were very comfortable and the fans in every bedroom helped cool us off after a hot day of hiking. really enjoyed the hot tub to relax in at the end of the day as well. will definately at this Sun Peaks condo to my 'favorites' and will try to be back next summer!

Beautiful place- perfect for a family

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in this beautiful, clean and quiet unit. It was perfect for our family of 4 plus our parents to stay all together. It was very clean, well stocked, spacious and really nicely decorated. The private hot tub was wonderful. The ski access using the East Village Ski Way couldn't have been easier. It was so quiet in the unit as well. It's a bit of a walk to the village but taking the Valley Trail is a beautiful walk and easy. The rooms had fans which my two children really appreciated as they use them at night at home. The couch is so big and comfortable for enjoying some relax time by the fire. Beautiful, upscale kitchen. This is a very loved unit that we would be happy to stay in again.

A great new place for family

Overall we really enjoyed our experience here. The property is new and very well presented. The beds were super comfortable, the place was warm and the location to the ski run - fantastic. Down sides, on us first entering the home, there was dust and dirt by the garage entrance door into the home, which we swept. Clumps of hair and other debris on the carpet, on the top floor, which we picked up. The dish washer was half full, which we emptied, one of the kids duvet covers had a spill / mark which we changed. Basically as paying guests we had to do housekeeping duties before settling in. We informed Rachel who responded after 12 hours with a reply that we felt should have been more accepting of the issues, and a response that would take responsibility and ensure these issues would be actioned so the next guest wouldn’t experience these things. We shouldn’t be the ones chasing property managers after informing you of these issues. We really do hope this feedback is taken seriously and service is improved as we feel this is a fantastic place that we would want to return to and share this with our friends and family. Thanks again - and over all we loved it!

Golf vacation in Kamloops

Sun peaks is a beautiful area. If you are going to golf be prepared to drive an hour or hour and a half to a variety of challenging courses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Annual Family Trip

The property is a wonderful place to relax and spend quality time with our family. Our hosts provide an inviting, clean and spacious accomodation for our family. This is the third year we have stayed at this property and our grandson throughout the year is asking when we are going back to the vacation house. It is a about a 10 minute walk into the village of Sun Peaks, and there are several trails to get the from the house. Wonderful place again this year; I am sure we will be back.

This was the most well appointed condo we have ever stayed in! Clean! Easy to access all amenities of the resort. Highly recommend! If there was any downfall it would be that the transfer station is closed on Tuesday so if you check out on Tuesday garbage disposal is a bit toughier. Just an FYI.

Clean Convenient Stay at Sun Peaks

What can we say? Our five night stay in the Echo Landing Townhome was thoroughly enjoyable. The close proximity of the home to the East Village Ski Way made reaching the slopes a breeze. The well appointed kitchen and living area as well as the hot tub made for truly relaxing evenings. Ten minute walk and we were in the village. Here's the highlights. The home was very, very clean. We loved the garage with the ski/board racks, bench and glove/boot dryer. A half ton pickup truck and a compact car fit fine. All found the beds very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was great at the end of the day and was serviced daily. Many other thoughtful touches made for a very comfortable stay. Upon arrival the kettle wasn't working. One quick call and a new one was dropped off the next morning. Excellent service. We would definitely stay in this unit again given the opportunity.
