Welcome to Fireside #423. A studio that provides everything needed for a fantastic stay in Sun Peaks. Its unique location gives guests the most luxurious access to Sun Peaks a unit can offer, situated right in the heart of the village. This property also benefits from portable AC in summer.

- Ski-in: Take Gentle Giant and onto the Valley Trail to the village
- Ski-out: Ski through the village to the Sunburst and Sundance Chairlifts

Has Ski In - Ski Out. Easy to ski down to lifts through the Village. Then ski back via Gentle Giant. Very good security. Well equipped condo with cooking utensils and condiments.

Overall very good, but for a 3-week stay I would suggest that more towels be provided, even if guests are doing laundry. Also, we should not have to ask for paper toilet every week. This should be planned based on the length of stay. Also, there were quite a bit of dust around the mantle. We're thinking of booking it again!

The Fireside room was fantastic. Room was was much bigger than I thought it would be. Very clean and organized. I could quickly walk to all of the conference events. Absolutely lovely stay. And such an amazing price!! Thank you so much.

Clean, comfortable condo in the perfect location near restaurants in the Village. The Fireside is our preferred place to stay in Sun Peaks and this condo one of our favorites. We love the location, great common large hot tub, ski to lifts. Top floor, facing Mt Morrissey, fully stocked kitchen, large TV, fireplace and very nice furnishings. Thank you to the owners for a great stay!

We enjoyed Sun Peaks soooo much, wonderful property with everything we needed. The village is so lovely, lots of variety, great amenities - we hope to return for some winter fun!

This unit doesn’t have a balcony yet it’s advertised as having one. Also the A/C unit can’t keep up during hot days. Other than that the place is perfect and will stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay and the condo is very comfortable and cozy. Great location right in the heart of the village - walking distance to everything. The only thing that we missed in the listing was that there is no balcony. The owner was very conscientious and great to communicate with once we connected. We recommend this owner and condo!

Nice studio suite. Well appointed kitchen with all herbs and spices available. On the older side, but clean and tidy. My only complaints was it was scorching hot and we had to leave all windows open and run the fans (in winter). The bed is firm and the couch is a bottomless pit; comfortable, but once you are in it, you are not getting out.

The studio was spacious enough to be comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom amenities were good. Communication with the owner was amiable and helpful. The location was good! We'd stay there again and would recommend it.
