Perfect for families, couples, fishing trips, or weekend getaways, this cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The home includes a queen bed, twin bed with pull-out trundle, sofa bed, Smart TVs, ceiling fans, in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to feel at home. Guests enjoy full access to Venture Out Resort amenities including a saltwater pool, kiddie pool, jacuzzi, marina, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball court, playground, game room, convenience store, and gated community with 24/7 security. Your stay includes full access to the home, private dock, and one dedicated parking space. Venture Out charges a ONE TIME RESORT FEE OF $125 (tax included), payable at the gate upon arrival. This fee provides access to resort amenities for all registered guests. One vehicle is included per lot and must fit within the driveway. Additional vehicles, boat trailers, and jet ski trailers may be accommodated in Venture Out overflow parking areas. Applicable overflow parking fees are paid directly to Venture Out.
