Stay in the main house, the downstairs lounge, or in the guest house complete with a full bathroom - each area has its own private entrance. But no matter where you decide to relax, there's room for you by the pool! Feel free to set up the private gas grill and enjoy a relaxing night near the canal. Inside, guests will be able to cool down in central air conditioning. Board games and a DVD player are on hand for relaxing evenings. The private washer/dryer will ensure you have everything you need for your days enjoying the sunshine.

Things to Know
A futon in the downstairs area of the main house provides an extra sleeping space.
The upstairs bedroom and bathroom in the guest house is only accessible via spiral staircase.
This property is managed by Vacasa Florida LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
