"This location was perfect and the place was exactly as described. I knew it was small, but that was okay. It felt really good, safe, quiet, just as expected and I loved the vibe, games, puzzles, etc. I appreciate that the owners were right there if we needed something. It's well maintained, well stocked and looks great too! "

"Great property and everything as advertised! Initial musty smell went away after we had the windows open. Definitely made use of the beach chairs and umbrella at the beach. The kids loved making fresh lemonade every day with lemons from the lemon tree just out back!"

"Reasonable access to Santa Barbara’s attractions and activities. Plenty food markets and eateries in n vicinity. House is clean and well stocked. Great place for 4-6 people. "

"We greatly enjoyed our stay at this Santa Barbara house with the grassy backyard and patio, perfect for outdoor dining. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, just a short drive from Hendry's Beach and the yummy Boathouse restaurant in one direction and downtown, wharf, and zoo in the other. The house was comfortable with great decor, well stocked with dishes/cookware in good condition and very clean but could have used minor repairs to the kitchen faucet (clogged head and neck wouldn't swivel)...

"We were super impressed by this vacation rental in Carpinteria! Clean, airy, and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The location is awesome--less than a mile to downtown and just a quick drive down to Santa Barbara. Easy check-in and check-out process too. Definitely recommend!"

"El hotel tiene excelente ubicacion buenas habitaciones, gran vista al mar... lo unico es que el check in es MUY tarde 4pm no lo hace practico en fin creo eso o pueden ajustar...."
