"The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars was that travelling with two pets, there was literally no nearby area for them to do their business. Had to walk across the street. Otherwise hotel was great, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was great with made to order omelettes and hot choices. Would definitely stay here again, just probably not with pets."

"Very disappointed with the overall experience at this hotel. We found a wet towel on the bathroom counter when we walked in. The hot tap leaked a little. The coffee area had not been replenished. I went down stairs to bring these issues to the attention to the clerk. The clerk was speaking to another client and was using foul language. That client might be OK with that kind of language but I would not expect that from a custome facing employee. I doubt we will be back."

"I stayed here for a quick overnight after a flight. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the room was clean and new and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were lovely."
