"We quite liked this hotel as it was charming and well thought out in many ways. We especially loved the dinner we had the first night. Our room had a fireplace and we loved that feature because it was a bit chillier than we expected. "I would 100% stay here again! Incredibly caring, attentive, friendly hosts! We stayed in the Orchid room and it was beautiful. Whether it was remembering a small detail of one guest such as lactose intolerance or recommendations of things to do in town, the owners were always willing to help in any way they can. "

"Agreed with all comments about the exceptional home made style breakfast. However, the second night there was a group playing guitar and singing. With over 200 years house, this was not welcomed especially after a tiring long ski day. Phoned hotel and also Expedia on that same night but both myself and Expedia could not get hold off host for resolution. "We stayed in the 8-room converted barn. The room very large and a pleasant surprise featuring a great view, soaking tub in the living area, gas fireplace, and a very comfortable king bed. I would give Windham Hill Inn five stars, but I deducted a star because of a clogged bathroom sink, a difficult to control HVAC system, and live and dead bugs in the room. Although somewhat dated, the room was spectacular for the price. "

"Amazing! Cannot get a better location! So close to everything! Quick walk to village shops and slopes. Very clean. Lots more room than I was expecting for two big 17 year old boys and parents. Kids had their own bedroom, bathroom and storage area on main floor, adult had master suite with own bathroom upstairs. Plenty of room in kitchen and family room. The only complaint is that hotels hot tubs and pool were over run with too many little kids. "
