It is not a 4 star hotel. There were many disappointed things during my stay at this hotel. Summirizing them:
1. The wifi signal is bad. Unless you are at the corridor outside the room you can connect but even if you can connect the speed is extremely slow.
2. Pillows are disgusting. They were not white anymore, they were with yellow stain and when I ask them to change them then they told me they can not because for them it is normal that the pillows look like that.
3. Elevator is really uncomfortable and old.
4. The breakfast is not as it is shown on the pictures. For the price you have to pay, It is better if you just buy something else outside for a lower price.
