"Check-in was crazy. Only one staff who was about to cry because the key card machine wasn’t working so she had to let us and other guests in manually among other things. She was the only staff working for her first time doing a harder shift as she explained. I felt bad for her but we also had a hard day and just wanted to have a nice relaxing night stay. "I liked that they had different breakfast options everyday . I appreciated that they opened the pool and hot tub a little early when they saw my granddaughter out there ready to swim even though the gate was still locked. I told her we needed to wait, but the maintenance guy knew she was ready, so he let us in an hour early. He made a 3 year old very happy."

"The building is not well maintained. The photos posted do not match. The card key doors do not work properly, and had to get them rekeyed twice, and the door still wouldn't work 9 out of 10 times. This leaves you exposed to danger. There were several drunks wandering about, making the area feel even more unsafe. There was even a homeless man sleeping where the dumpster were.
