"Breakfast was amazing and well enjoyed with a variety to choose from. Restaurant staff were great, exceptional customer service from Vikki and the manager Ellie. Reception desk staff were very helpful amd accommodating. Family room.was okay, good size, hiwver the bathroom was old and bath didnt look very clean, toliet was hard to flush, but overall a great stay and would recommend."

"Bed was comfortable and parking was just across the street. Would not stay in the summer as it would be noisy. Shower was good but could do with a good clean as lots of mould on the grouting"

"My daughter and I stayed for two nights, while visiting my son. The hotel from the staff to amenities to location were spot on. The positives:The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were lovely, friendly but not pushy. The amenities: pool was gorgeous, not too warm but not cold either, I’d recommend going early so you can fantasise that’s it’s your own. "From beginning to end, we had a great stay. Member of staff at check in was friendly and professional and when he noticed that my partner used a walking stick he moved our room to a much closer, user friendly room without being asked. We were celebrating our 53rd wedding anniversary and when he found that out, he arrived at our room with a card from all the staff. Lovely touch. "The staff were friendly. Free parking was a bonus. The hotel has a gym/spa that is well run and the facilities were great. The hotel has a bar/restaurant which we did not eat at because the prices were very high. There is also a Starbucks in the lobby. I would highly suggest upgrading your room to a club room. These rooms are in a different section of the hotel and come with, late checkout, a coffee maker, and gym/spa access..plus this area was quieter. The only thing that put us off was...
