Welcome to our art-filled home in Stonington borough! Enjoy water views, our beautiful garden, and our mossy stone patio, which is a charming place to dine outdoors and watch the boats go by. Our 19th-century home is on a quiet street, unencumbered by Stonington's visiting crowds, yet just a five-minute walk from the borough's many attractions, including duBois beach, the Stonington lighthouse, the Stonington farmers market, the town playground, and the borough's seaside shops and restaurants.

Our home has an enclosed garden and patio, which are a beautiful and quiet place to watch the water, and also an excellent place for small children to play.

The porch, balcony, living room and master bedroom boast gorgeous water views.

Our home has two living rooms, including a spacious downstairs sitting area and a cozy upstairs TV room.

The kitchen/dining spaces include a six-person dining room table and an island with four stools, as well as an outdoor dining table on the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, pots and pans, cooking tools, and cutlery, as well as an outdoor charcoal grill.

Our home has three bedrooms upstairs, and an office downstairs. Two bedrooms have queen beds, and one has two twin beds. The office has a trundle bed, providing two twin mattresses. There is a full bathroom (with bath and shower) on each floor.
