"You will not be disappointed with what you see once you see inside the doors. Beautifully decorated and everything you need, but... it is more like a modular 4-apartment home / b&b - no ocean view, at the end of a dirt road (lots of dust), but a few deer met us as we unpacked. We were skeptical at first, yet pleasantly surprised with our stay. I highly recommend, so long as your expectations are set."

"Nice new apartment upstairs of the garage. It’s a spacious single room (except the bathroom of course), nicely laid out with pleasant lighting through windows looking out towards the trees. The “kitchen” is minimal: a dorm-sized fridge, microwave, toaster oven, water kettle and coffee maker. Sufficient for our needs but not enough for an extended stay. Given that the rental is a one-room studio with laminate flooring, the pet fee seemed a bit steep, but the apartment itself was a good bargain...

"Pros: The property was exceedingly clean. The decor was fresh and modern. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of utensils, mugs, bowls, plates, etc. A few important basics were provided such as a fresh sponge, salt & pepper, paper towels, coffee filters, toilet paper, tissues, detergent, shower soap. There were plenty of blankets.Cons: The stairs to the bedroom upstairs are very steep and narrow (about a 91/2” rise and a 7 1/2” run). The bathroom is downstairs so the steep...

"The apartment is really great and everything is brand new. But the agency forgot to send check in instructions, we called them and were all set. Be aware to get instructions 2 days before or call them. In VRBO the location was directly on the water, in reality not at all. If you want to stay in this area, the location is great but we drove every day to Acadia park or supermarket about 25-30 minutes. Yes, I would recommend this accommodation and would like to stay here again."

"Very disappointed with location. Property is located in the middle of nowhere. The roads were curvy and dark. No restaurants or gas stations close. The outside appearance looks like it’s still under construction. The inside was very nice, but no welcome basket or complimentary coffee/tea. I wouldn’t revisit. Priced too high. "
