"We had a great stay. The pool was small but it was fun on the 9th floor. The free snacks and drinks at dinner time was an amazing perk. We got three alcoholic drinks per adult. The next morning we had a great breakfast. We were able to extend our check out time till 3 pm for an extra $30 and it was so worth it as we were next door at Comerica for a cheer competition and we enjoyed coming back to relax before awards. "

"We had high expectations for this hotel. This hotel exceeded those expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and enhanced our experience further. The rooms were excellent and extremely clean, and housekeeping paid attention to every detail, big and small. Its location near the Star District and the Ford Center made it an exceptional place to stay. Overall, this hotel was one of the best properties I have stayed at, and would recommend all visitors to Dallas to stay at this hotel."

"The hotel is beautiful and in a beautiful area with beatiful view..BUT the service could have been better it did not align. I felt the carpets needed cleaning especially with some guests having their pets. I simply expected more for price and location. Staff did not go above and beyond to accomodate. "

"Rooms were nice and clean. Free breakfast was misleading. It was coffee and a crossiant. Real breakfast was $22 a person. "

"Everything was clean and smelt really nice. Parking lot had a lot of food options. Staff were friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that our room was right next to the elevators and we were able to hear a constant tick ALL NIGHT LONG. Almost sounded like a huge dripping sound. Thankfully the room came supplied with 2 pairs of earplugs. "

"Clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. In town for family wedding. We all enjoyed hanging out in the outdoor patio as well as where the breakfast is."

"What was good. Towels, fast elevators, noise and light control, hot water. Water pressure would be a 7 out of 10. What wasn't good: A/C. I had to move rooms after the first night bc the air would not blow cold enough and the nose coming from the fan was annoying. Engineer said some rooms have that noise and others don't so beware. The new room had a very slow draining sink which the mgr offered to fix but I was checking out so... $32 a night for valet. Very limited street parking. Either pay...

"Half way thru the air kept going off and i would wake up sweating having to turn the ac way down to get it to kick back on & then our tv kept goin off it would turn back on but then right back off and wouldnt stay on. The phone in the room didn’t work. We called the front desk to let them know and they just said the maintenance man to get there at 10.. it was 7:30 at this time .."
