"Checked in and advised last orders for food in the bar was 19:00 so went down at 18:45 ordered a drink and then got totally ignored by the 2 members of staff for about 10 minutes and was then advised that they would not be able to serve any further food so ended having to go to a local pub. "Actually, the process of booking through Hotels.com the claim of everything must be handled by the hotel is not true. They are not in control of the booking. Hotels.com is in control of the booking so they were not able to amend or cancel the booking and the customer service reps consistently would refer me back to Premier Inn, which had nothing to do with booking the stay"
