"Here are my Pros. Good location. Had free parking. And the best was the breakfast and our breakfast hostess, Pauline. Pauline was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. She went above and beyond for my Mom. The beds are rather hard and my mom mentioned it and by the time we got back to our rooms she had a foam topper on her bed!! Amazing! There’s also a handy grocery store right across the street. Fletchers is also a very nice restaurant and after a long day of sightseeing it was nice to...

"My room was on the entrance floor and very quiet. I loved the bed and pillows, very confortable! There was a little space between the bed and the bathroom wall but this wasn't an inconvenience as it was just a very small part in the way to the window. The breakfast is very generous and delicious, having a lot of options, including the Scottish Breakfast. "We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived. Accommodation was very comfortable & clean. Shower was amazing. We had a room overlooking the river. Great choice at breakfast. Would definitely recommend having the full breakfast."

Firstly, we booked through Expedia, but upon arrival, they didn’t have our reservation or any record of it. Two staff members, one at the bar and a waitress, couldn’t handle the situation and...

"Staff del restaurant muy amable."

"The room albeit quite small was very comfy and nicely done out. I found it really hard to sleep though as the green emergency light made the room very light when I am used to sleeping in total darkness"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very small but clean."
