"The hotel is located in a very quiet, secure, and convenient area. We arrived super early from a cruise and yet, our room was ready! The room was very spacious, great light, and felt luxurious! Awesome quality towels and robes. The bed was super soft, which was not good for me since I have a back injury and need a firmer bed. The facilities are all impeccable, we were 10 minutes away walking ti the Seattle Center. We felt safe at all times walking in that neighborhood. Raul in the front desk...

"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"Just be aware that the rooms are very small, basically the size and function of rooms on a cruise ship. There is a fridge in the room which is great. People are extremely nice. There is NO parking on sight and it is not connected with a parking lot. So we had to park at a parking garage .5 miles away. It worked well but the walk was through a bit of a rough area when you don't know the area. Hotel was good, clean, friendly and helpful staff."

I wish they had muffins for breakfast, the raisin bread was very good, the beans were very international for breakfast, but having the forks, butter, etc in three different spots was kind of inconvenient
