2. Housekeeping for our 3 rooms was terrible. After the 1st day they had no time to clean our rooms. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th days of they were reminded, knocked on the door and asked if we needed towels. Had to ask to empty trash cans."

"Relatively updated and clean for an older hotel. Eoom had microwave and medium sized fridge with small freezer. Great clean pool, but little shade in that area. Breakfast included a simple hot option, waffles, breads, cereals, juices, coffee. Cebtrally located and close to many restaurants, downtown, and the port. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend for the price and location. "

"The hotel itself was fairly nice overall. The property was very clean, and the rooms were immaculate and well designed. My favorite feature was definitely the kitchenette setup with the microwave and full-size refrigerator, which made the stay much more comfortable for families.
The staff was kind and helpful throughout the stay. While customer service was good, I do think a little more enthusiasm and warmth from the team would have elevated the experience.

Everyone was kind and helpful,from the front desk to the room attendants.
Breakfast was a plus.
Will stay again when visiting Plant City.
Rooms were recently renovated.
Bed was confer table and so was the air conditioner.
Only drawback was the elevator was so slow."

"The room was extremely dirty when we arrived. We asked for another room which was also dirty. We decided it was best to leave so we checked out within 30 minutes of checking in. We were informed that they couldn't refund any of our fees for our 2 night stay. They also wouldn't refund us for the pet fee even though we canceled our stay. Property is poorly maintained. "The hotel is so fun, and beautiful. The staff is friendly except for one lady on our last day of check out was kind of rude. Otherwise, everyone was so nice. The breakfast was delicious and fresh.
