"Pros: the unit looked as pictured. Very nicely decorated for the small size. Great walkable location Cons: I messaged customer service a few times. Never got a reply. The door lock started repeating low battery warnings and I was worried about getting locked out before I left. They never answered nor changed the battery. Not very practical to spend time there. No microwave nor oven. No place to hang up wet towels. The balcony gets covered in smoke smell from the folks on the street....

"Absolutely fantastic apartment. Lovely and clean, situated in a fantastic area that meant all the attractions we're within a few minutes walking distance. Great breakfast in the restaurant downstairs and tonnes of dining options again all within walking distance. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks for a great stay."

"Awful checkin system. You have to make a payment for city tax but they dont tell you until right before you are expecting checkin instructions. After traveling 15hrs you don't want a last minute roadblock. Contact less means no contact. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Complaints went unresolved & ignored. Avoid."

"super, bald gerne wieder"

"Great location. Only a few minutes walk to the bustling tourist area of the old city. Grocery store and convenience stores on the same block! Highly recommend"

"The entrance was a little hard to find, but we also arrived at night and there was a big race that weekend with barricades. The entrance is down the building a little from the street. The apartment was nice and the kitchen was great to have. Location is pretty convenient."

"Really nice apartment, and nice parking. The apartment was close to the center, but still in a quiet area."
