"Hotel para negocios . Esta en mitad de.la.nada al.lado de.la.autopista. No hay anda alrededro eata en una zon industrial de.oficinas. Nonte dejan botellas.de.agua en la.habitacion ,solo te dejan una jarra para que la.llens en un dispensador que hay en el pasillo( lo.ointa como ecologico , pero ea maa que nada para ahorrarse.el.agua que ponen de corteaia en todos los hoteles. En cambio el bar vende botellas de.agua de.cristal . Algo ilogico. Por.lo demas hotel muy tranquilo y buen servicio"

"The Good: check in and parking was easy. We checked in late and found the SMS instructions to get the key from the keysafe very clear. Bed linen and towels were clean - which was a relief. Soap, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner was all fine. The Ugly: bathroom looked clean and could tell it was renovated. However we could tell it wasn't clean - did have marks on tiles that should have come off with a scrub. There was black muck on the shower screen that would come off with bleach. Carpets...

"The fruit was not freshly cut. The fresh juicer was broken. There were no glasses placed near the juice bar. The chicken sausages placed in the same heating compartment so if you can't eat pork, you can't eat the chicken sausages either. The rooms were very dusty and the hallway hadn't been vaccumed probably for months. On the plus side the staff were very helpful and accomodating which made my stay nice. Also, the lighting in the rooms are very poor"

"The room was clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There were ammenities in the room like a fridge, microwave and kettle with tea and coffee provided. The bathrooms were recently renovated and very clean, little note on the water pressure in the shower it would change from hot to cold, potentially an issue there to resolve, but otherwise it was a great stay, will be returning if we ever go back to Melbourne. Thank you."

"Había un evento en Melbourne y todo estaba lleno así que optamos por buscar alojamiento en el hotel más cercano al centro posible. Este hotel esta a 30 km del centro y la ubicación no ofrece nada. Al menos la habitación estaba OK. El internet simplemente no funciona"

"Un hotel "boutique", según, nada más inapropiado para esa designación. Más parecido a un Bates Motel. Un olor horrible en el cuarto, imposible saber a qué. Lejos de todo. Una noche, tarde, llegué y estaba desprogramada la llave electrónica del cuarto; un rollo para resolverlo, pues no hay nadie en recepción. Trato rudo. Sólo se salva un muchacho colombiano que ahí labora. Un desastre."

"Only one disabled parking spot for a 60-room hotel. They allowed people without disabled parking permits to use the only available disabled parking place. I raised this with management and they didn't care. I am disabled and need a disabled parking place. No convenience items in the rooms. You have to buy them from a vending machine, for example toothbrush is $7 x 4 of us = $28, can of coke $5.50. small water $3.50... no microwave or toaster in the room, the soap provided was like a bar of wax,...
