"When I pulled back my blankets me and my husband found hair in our bed!!! Disgusting!! When we checked out we told the guy we wanted to speak to a manager and he said no manager was on site because it was a holiday and gave me a card to call tomorrow. He didn’t care what I had to say. "Finding the location to the motel at night time was a bit confusing since there was another motel with the vicinity. Since we requested non-smoking our room was at ground level. Bed was very comfortable. Lighting option was poor, only 2 lights in the room. Bathroom had enough support bars to grab for safety. The shower was very tricky, the knob was so tightly closed to prevent water from dripping. Probably a new washer or tap assembly. Since we could not open the tap first time the front desk...

"Hotel definitely needs to be refurbished. Certain areas more than others. Not the cleanest hotel but Staff was pleasant. There is a restaurant/bar in hotel which is convenient. Personally I thought $30 a day for valet parking for guests was ridiculously expensive considering they’re parking your car in the same parking deck as self parking and it’s less expensive and around the corner from the hotel."
