"This was the perfect place to stay in Gainesville. Quick drive to restaurants, grocery store and UF campus. The neighborhood was peaceful and great for a morning walk. The house is decorated beautifully. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking. Loved the bathroom dual shower heads and plenty of countertop space and storage. My husband and I look forward to booking again."

"The property was very clean inside & updated throughout, with ample toilet paper, good shampoo & conditioner, plenty of towels, etc. We bought a Keurig, just because we like the convenience of pods, but there was a coffee maker and I believe a tea kettle. It was a perfect stay for our needs, and although we didn't bring our pups, I'm thrilled to be able to find an affordable, pet-friendly VRBO. It was a great place to stay and I would stay again in a heartbeat!"

"We visited family members in Jacksonville of which they have a beautiful homes as well but not as big as this one so we decided to book here. The day before arrival of our trip I didn’t receive the directions of where the property is so I sent a text of the address. The host sent me a text the balance is not paid so I screenshot where it was paid in full so she responded by sending a screenshot of the balance. I was kind of lost of the 20.00 extra fees so I paid for additional of a few relatives...

"The property was clean and big enough for our group. It had everything we needed. We could have used a little more seating in the living room but we made due with some dining room chairs. The rooms were large and comfortable. The property was clean and stocked with what we needed in the kitchen."

"My family all met in Gainesville for an extended long weekend in March and this house was perfect for home base. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the place was clean and easy to find. We enjoyed going to local parks, UF, restaurants (satchels pizza) all nearby. The pool was huge and great for the kids (a bit too cold for us adults)! Would definitely return again!"

"The host Robert was amazing. He addressed all our needs and replied right away. The home layout is beautiful. It was pretty clean. Only problem we encountered was we didn't have full access to the refrigerator. The host did come over right away to make a little room for us. Other than that our stay was very enjoyable."

"Very comfortable home in quiet neighborhood. Perfectly located for access to springs, Temple of the Universe and Downtown Gainesville. It was a quick trip and the house accommodated our family of four, our single friend and my mother and her husband. We highly recommend this property."
