"We purchased 2 queen beds for two nights. Arrived at 4:00 pm (Check in starts at 3) were asked to wait 15 mins to get the room set up.
After checkin, when I found we were given two double bed instead of queen and inquired about it, staff mentioned we don't have any queen beds at all. They informed expedia but it was not taken care of it. I am not sure if Expedia would ignore this kind of information, if really being informed by hotel.
After one night stay, next day room was not serviced at all...

"This time I was supper happy. I had to call daily to get my room clean and I wasn’t pleased at all with the cleaning of the room.
You could never get in contact room service in the evening nor would the call back.

"the elevator did not work which made it inconvenient to get to our room, it was a long walk to the room. then the sheets were extremely dirty and AC would not cool the room. the replacement sheets were small towel looking feel like. the maintenance guy came to check the AC but said he could not doing anything. the room did not get cold
unfortunately there was a conference and parking was limited for guest"
