"Overall pleasant accommodation although the arrival/ check in process was a little bit confusing, not helped by the poorly lit surroundings. Rooms are modern, warm and cosy, although pillows didn’t have cases and quite a bit of the previous guest’s hair on both the pillow and in the shower."

The bar area, where the owner received us, looked particularly shabby and it smelt musty. It was 3pm (an hour after checking-in should have started) and the room wasn't ready. "Basic hotel but absolutely fine. Good value for money and great location. Be aware the Room 1 is over the kitchen and their air conditioner produces loud buzzing noise in the room until late. Staff sympathetic but unable to help. "

"Lovely hotel, attentive and friendly staff. Room was clean and very comfortable. We had the family suite which was amazing. Lacked coathangers but other than that it was fantastic. Breakfast was gorgeous and we ate in the restaurant both nights and the food was excellent. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others."
