"I have a 3-5 on service. All the staff that I interacted with were very helpful and professional. However, the housekeeping was not good. I was only there for 2 days. On the first day, my room was not cleaned, despite housekeeping being right outside the room when I left for the day. On the second day, the room was cleaned but the amenities (tea, coffee, etc.) were not replenished. Clearly no quality checks by the housekeeping management."

"Good value for money. A room on 1st floor of a small terraced block of houses. Advert should be clearer that it is a shared bathroom (with one other room) and no sink in the room. A toaster, microwave, and kitchenware are provided but have to do your washing up in the bathroom sink and no teatowel provided. Comfortable bed and HUGE TV. "The Hotel is set in lovely surroundings. Swimming pool is excellent. the room was small and a long way to walk to get to it. We had a large room facing the front gardens last time and prefer that even though it is a bit dated. The fried eggs they brought out for breakfast fresh from the kitchen were cold not certain how that happened.It was as if they came from the fridge."
