"The room was as expected, and staff was friendly. The only thing was disappointing is the fact that 5 star hotel don't have their own airport transfer arrangement and wasn't helpful to organise that. It's challenging when you come from different country trying to figure the transportation, especially during the Dublin Marathon that the hotel should inform guests considering that the transportation would be affected . Nearly missed my flight. "
