  • Reserva ahora Primavera y Verano y Otoño 2018. Cabañas de Live Oak, una de St. Las comunidades de Simons Best están convenientemente ubicadas en Demere Road, justo antes de Beach Drive. A solo unos minutos a pie de la playa o del área del pueblo, esta cabaña es una de las mejores ubicaciones de la isla. Piscina privada y jacuzzi, además de una excelente ubicación!

    Kahula's Cottage ofrece un estilo único de Beach Bungalow con pisos de pino, habitaciones abiertas y espaciosas, y tres (sí, tres) porches. Suficientes porches y patios (5 en total) para que todos puedan encontrar su lugar favorito para escapar y relajarse mientras se hospedan aquí.

    La sala de estar tiene muchos asientos y un sofá y silla "otomana" muy cómodos. Una chimenea ancla la sala llena de luz que se abre al porche proyectado en el otro extremo de la sala con un columpio. El porche de pantalla se convertirá en su lugar favorito para relajarse mientras se hospeda en Kahlua's Cottage. La mesa del comedor es una mesa de granja antigua y tiene capacidad para seis a ocho. El color de la pared en el comedor y la cocina te recuerda el color del Mediterráneo o el Caribe. Todas las ventanas del comedor tienen vista a la piscina privada y al jacuzzi. La cocina totalmente equipada cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, estufa de gas, "refrigerador nuevo" y exclusivos gabinetes de vidrio abierto sobre el área del bar. Hay un patio junto al porche que tiene una parrilla de gas y una parrilla de carbón, además de una mesa y 4 sillas.

    El dormitorio principal se encuentra en el nivel principal y cuenta con un NUEVO colchón y somier queen size de diciembre de 2017. tocador y tocador, además de televisión de pantalla plana. Los otros dos dormitorios están arriba, así como el segundo baño completo y el área de lavandería y terraza. Una de las habitaciones de arriba tiene dos camas individuales y la otra tiene una cama queen size. Una de las habitaciones de arriba tiene una pequeña televisión. También hay una cama doble inflable que se puede instalar en cualquier otro lugar de la casa si es necesario. La terraza de arriba tiene sillas y mesitas adirondak. Es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de los cálidos días soleados de invierno o mirar las estrellas en verano.

    El porche delantero tiene dos balancines y un columpio en el porche y te invita con una maravillosa puerta azul. La piscina de gunite y el jacuzzi son la guinda del pastel para esta cabaña muy bien equipada y relajante. Estacione su automóvil cuando llegue y camine hasta el pueblo o la playa. O alquilar bicicletas o carritos para los mejores paseos en la isla. ¡Disfrutar!

The house was beautiful and clean. The host was always quick to get back to me with any questions I had. It is a great location for anything you want to do. We rented a golf cart and drove it everywhere we went. Lots of great restaurants nearby and quick drive to the beach on the golf cart. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time at this property! Beverly was so helpful and quick to respond. The house is so cute and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s also in an amazing location within walking distance to pier village and the beach. Hope to stay here again!

The kitchen was well stocked. The house was in a great location for the beach, the village, and other popular restaurants on the island. We rented a bike with a trailer for our kids and it was a great location. The house had a wagon for carting things to and from the beach but you need to bring or rent anything you want to bring to the beach. The only complaints: the sheets on the twin beds were scratchy, the beautiful palm trees left a lot of debris in the pool and on the pool deck that made it appear and feel dirty. Otherwise we had a great time. We loved how dog friendly the house was!

This was our second consecutive stay at this property. It was another exceptional experience. I sent the owner a few questions before and during our stay, and she responded within ten minutes. They are easy to work with. The pool is amazing, our favorite spot when staying here. Highly recommend a vacation in SSI and this location.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and well-appointed, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The pool and hot tub were both clean and relaxing.Although we didn’t bring a dog, we didn’t notice any signs of pets in the home aside from a dog bed.Finally, Beverly was extremely responsive and helpful, especially when we asked for restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!

We had the pleasure of staying at Kahlua’s Cottage the week of July 12th. This was our first time staying at a beach house instead of where we have stayed while in St. Simon’s. The two bedrooms upstairs worked out perfectly for our teenagers, while we had the master bedroom downstairs. We were grateful that there was a gate to set up at the bottom of the stairs to keep our youngest from wondering upstairs.The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the kiddos. I enjoyed spending time out at the sunroom. There’s only one thing I would change, and that is the Bulldog memorabilia in the upstairs hallway. While my husband and kids enjoyed looking at the wall as they are Dawg fans, all I can say is…Go Vols!Thank you again Beverly!

Everything went smoothly. House was clean and well furnished. Was a bit further from beach than expected but was an easy drive. Just be aware there are no beach towels or chairs.

Kahlua’s Cottage was an absolutely amazing place to stay and communication with the host was nothing less than superb. The location, amenities were excellent. The kitchen was equipped better than most places I have stayed. The house is decorated to perfection, especially if you are a Georgia Bulldogs fan. People don’t book during my time. Go Dawgs
