Available now for weekly, monthly and FLETC TDYers for the duration of your stay. We honor GLYNCO per diem rates and include cleaning services twice a month. Large, spacious, newly-furnished end unit townhouse at Mariners Landing. This town home is the definition of classic seaside style. Coastal details include wood floors, a classic, calming color scheme with seaside-inspired furnishings. The main level has an open living and kitchen space as well as a dining table to seat 8-10. The kitchen features stainless appliances, plenty of counter space and beautiful deep sink, making for a pleasant cooking space. A beautiful screened-in patio area is accessible from the living room with a comfortable outdoor dining table, grill, cozy chairs and fire pit. Two masters (one on main and another on second level); laundry on main. Office/bedroom combo on main and 2 additional bedrooms on second level. Two large living spaces, one on each level. 9 ft ceilings and 2 car spacious garage with room for all your toys.
Easy on and off island and next to the beauty of Gascoigne park, Epworth, and adventure at St Simons Marina. Short bike ride on paths to beach or village or just explore the island. Sit around the fire pit in the evening with your favorite beverage. or relax on the screened in porch. 2 car garage and parking for 4 cars. 2 living areas, 4 bedrooms (one can be used as an office with murhpy bed/desk), 3.5 bathrooms. 2 separate living areas. 2 masters, each with private en suite bath (one on main). Community pool. Pets welcome. New listing/furnishings; community is 5 years old with beautiful pool and fishing pond.

Sandy Paws was perfect for our family vacation! The unit was very spacious, comfortably accommodating our group of 10, ranging in age from 4 to 80. The unit was beautifully decorated and well stocked with nice linens and cookware. The neighborhood was quiet, well maintained and felt safe for the kids to ride the provided bikes. The pool was a short walk from the unit. The host was quick to communicate with us. Our kids loved fishing in the pond and the using the provided beach toys. East beach access was a short, easy drive from the house. Great spot for families visiting St.Simons Island.

Great place! Great price! 10 min drive to the beach, enjoyed the pool, fishing pier less than a mile down the road. Very spacious, well-maintained and kitchen had everything we needed. Appreciated the sharp knives for food prep

Beautiful rental, in nice area.

The place was nice and clean and just as they described. The owner gave us her cell to ask questions and told us places to go and things to do. It was an easy check in and out. They had no problems with dogs and we met a few more in area. The pool was nice too.

Immaculate & Brand New Everything

You will not be disappointed in your stay here on St Simons Island. This property has ALL brand new furnishings, including kitchen ware, dishes, EVERYTHING. So much love is put in, with cozy blankets on couches and in each bedroom. Lovely furniture on screened porch plus on patio. Gas grill, fire pit, games, so much to enjoy. Everything is immaculate including the carpets!! There were only 4 of us on this visit, but there is room for so many in this very spacious house. Also, room for many cars, which can be rare in a rental! Host/owner/property manager was so helpful in sending favorite restaurants, beach access points & other areas of interest as this was our first time visiting St Simons Island. You will be totally pleased to have your vacation at this lovely home.

Great vacation home!

The home has an upstairs and downstairs living space so it’s great for two families. Very clean and has everything you need. We loved the screened in porch. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. I’ve been coming to SSI for many years and this will definitely be a favorite for our places to stay. The owner responds promptly to any concerns. Of course you have to drive to the beach and Pier but just a short distance away! The yard space is small if you’re bringing pets so you’ll have to keep them on a leash but there’s a park nearby that our dog loved. Don’t hesitate to book!

Perfect Place

This was one of the nicest homes we have stayed in! Margaret was so helpful and accommodating. The floor plan is very nice, and the amenities are excellent. The screened porch and patio are lovely.. The kitchen is very well stocked with all you need. The bedding and linens are top quality. A five star experience!

Great for a big family

Perfect location! The neighborhood was quiet and we loved the patio! The layout of the townhome was perfect for a large family to share dinner and spread out for downtime. Entry was easy and communication was great. We will visit again.
