  • ¡El popular Hank's Cottage está de vuelta! Completamente renovado en 2018 y listo para que lo disfrutes. Ubicada entre grandes robles en el vecindario de East Beach, esta casa de playa de 3 dormitorios / 4 baños es FUNCIONAL, bien decorada y muy cómoda. La casa está ubicada en la calle Undécima, lo que hace que la mejor parte de East Beach esté a solo 0. 10 millas a pie de su puerta principal.

    Esta casa tiene un diseño de patio con la mayoría de las habitaciones frente a una piscina privada y patio trasero.

    El salón cuenta con chimenea, muebles acogedores y una mesa perfecta para rompecabezas. La guarida, el comedor y la cocina dan a la piscina. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size, separa completamente los baños completos para él y ella y una vista de la piscina. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y baño privado. This was a great rental for our family. The house is thoughtfully laid out and furnished. The swimming pool was very nice. The kitchen was a star too. It might not be the closest to the beach, but was managed well even with the kids and full beach kit in tow. The owner was attentive and clearly took great care of the property. We lost power very briefly during a rather stormy week and they reached out to make sure everything was okay. We have rented different properties in previous trips, and this one is at the top of the list for quality and price. Our family would definitely consider renting this property again.

We had a great stay at Sandy's house! It fit our family of 5 very comfortably and I have to say, my husband and I were spoiled by each having our own bathrooms off the primary bedroom. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed to make meals. We especially liked having the water cooler with filtered water. Sandy's house had beach supplies to make our stay easier and the walk to the beach was flat and easy. Our family loved the pool. It's a really nice size. The deep end was maybe 6-7' so deep enough for our kids to jump but the whole pool was a great depth for playing and for littler ones. All in all, a really nice property and trip.

Book it now! From the quality kitchen dishes, silverware, glassware, etc. to the wonderfully decorated home, you will be happy you booked Sandy’s Cottage. The pool was wonderful! Close walk to the beach! Quiet area of the island. Easy checkin and checkout process. We had one issue and Sandy resolved it quickly. Overall, fantastic stay!

Fun beach cottage

Very clean, easy beach cottage. All rooms had nice bathrooms and plenty of space for our family. Pool was fun in the hot afternoons, the beach was an easy walk. Coffee, donuts, restaurants, golf and tennis all close by. Great family vacation recommend staying there to anyone.

Best on East Beach

We’ve stayed at many cottages on East Beach and this one beats them all. Great location, fantastic pool. Pool has a true deep end. The place was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Great vacation!

Outstanding rental property! Very nice updates, well stocked and even had some nice surprises you don't see in most rentals. Check in / out was easy and the owner was a pleasure to deal with!

Sandy retreat

The property was awesome. Very clean and well maintained. Excellent location in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Even though the weather during our trip didn’t work out to make maximum use of this gorgeous pool we still had a very nice relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The most amazing stay!

This home is absolutely amazing! It is a short walk to the beach. The pool is terrific. There is plenty of room and has everything we needed. We will most definitely be staying again. We have stayed at many different properties and this home is my absolute favorite we have ever rented.

No Better Spot in East Beach

This is our second stay at Sandy's Cottage and I think we enjoyed it even more this time around. The location is perfect, quick 3 min walk to the beach. The pool is beautiful, the house is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. It's a very comfortable home for our family of 6 which is 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 college age kids. We will definitely be back again!

Fourth & Fam

This is our 3rd stay at Sandy’s Cottage and we just love it. Space to spread out and cozy spaces when you want to be close to your housemates. A kitchen that is Actually Stocked with everything you need!!! The pool is gorgeous and has just enough shade and all the privacy you need. We will be back!

Best master suite ever

Sandy’s Cottage was a perfect retreat for our 1st visit to the Golden isles. We loved the master bedroom with TWO en-suite baths walk-in closet and a view of the pool. We were a couple and enjoyed the extra bedrooms for office space etc, but the large one story open plan is perfect for a family get together. There’s a huge kitchen, lots of counter space and a choice of gas or charcoal for grilling. The pool was big enough for lap swimming and Sandy is a gracious, accommodating, and responsive host. Looking forward to return visit.

Spacious and beautiful home, tons of light, plenty of spaces for eating or playing board games, comfy seating throughout... clean with lovely touches. The 4 bathrooms were very handy, and we had lots of closet space and all that we needed. The pool was divine! We enjoyed a simple running path from the house, walked to the beach some, and appreciated the abundance of beach chairs provided. We also really enjoyed the refreshing 5-gallon water dispenser!When we realized that the family room TV wouldn't connect to the internet, after we tried everything with no luck, the owner had it fixed the same day. Not what we came for, but we really appreciated it. We'll be coming back here again!

SSI week

Loved this property! Beautifully decorated and landscaped. Thoughtful touches such as charging cube, pool towels, hot/cold water cooler, and TWO primary suite bathrooms, made it a lovely and comfortable retreat for us. Six family members (younger and older adults) stayed here for the week but we had additional family in town that joined us on multiple occasions for swimming, sharing meals (well stocked and appointed kitchen), and gaming. The house accommodated the larger group nicely! Location was great; easy beach access, nice sidewalks for strolling, and easy on and off of island when you wanted to venture elsewhere. Perfect choice!!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week at Sandy’s Cottage! There was plenty of room in the house for teenagers and adults to relax and unwind. The pool was much larger than expected and the patio is equipped with a lot of great seating and lounging options. The house is located a short walk to the beach and for anyone who likes to get out for some exercise, you can walk about 1.2 miles to restaurants or delicious custard and coffee at The Cottage at King and Prince. Make sure you set your alarm and watch the sunrise - it’s a beautiful experience. We had our groceries delivered by Harris Teeter upon our arrival through the Target 360 app, which was very convenient. Our favorite restaurant are Georgia Sea Grill, Southern Soul BBQ, and Barrier Island Brewery. We’ve been visiting SSI for more than 20 years and this was our first time at Sandy’s Cottage - we will definitely stay again!

Absolutely perfect for a family of 4

We will be returning to Sandy's cottage ASAP! The pictures do not do it justice. It is beautifully decorated and the layout is perfect. We loved that it was a ranch and that there were two living areas. We especially enjoyed the his/hers master bathrooms! They are small but comfortable and convenient. The owners have very sensibly placed alarms on all the doors to the pool, which gave this worried momma of a 2yo a lot of peace of mind. Any guests staying in the bedroom with two beds will have to enter the other bedroom to use the restroom. This was not a problem for us, as my husband was using the other bedroom as an office. Our two littles shared the bedroom with two beds. It's in a great spot in East Beach. The owner was very responsive. The beds were actually comfortable! Haha so rare, these days. It really was such a cozy, clean, lovely house. We could not have been more pleased.

Wonderful!

The cottage was great! It is wonderfully laid out. The pool was our favorite spot. It is a very easy walk to the beach and the bike path is a short distance from the cottage. Sandy was extremely responsive and helpful through our whole stay. We would definitely recommend our family and friends to stay at Sandy's Cottage!

A fantastic getaway in a place that feels like home

Sandy's place is clean and well kept. She is attentive and deals with any issues you may have (not that you'll have any), and the house is comfortable and inviting. There is plenty of room to spread out in the house, and there's a great central dining/kitchen/living room area for everyone to converge on and hang out. The pool is great, and both times we've stayed there, it was serviced and cleaned while we were there, insuring the water stayed clean and devoid of debris. The place is a short walk to the beach, and there's a beach cart that can be used to help transport everything you need. I really have nothing bad to say about the place and cant' recommend it enough!

Amazing place with everything you could possible need.

Sandy's cottage is beautiful. It is extremely well equipped, beautifully furnished and was immaculately clean. The location is very close to the most beautiful, peaceful beach on the island and the pool is enormous. The owner was very helpful and responsive to any questions. We had a wonderful stay here and can thoroughly recommend this house and the location.
