Ocean Views from this Beautiful Home with Swimming Pool. Great for Small Families!

This lovely four bedroom, four bath home sits in the desirable community of East Beach, located just a short walk to the beach.

4334 14th Street, offered by Hodnett Cooper, is a the perfect definition of the ideal vacation home.

The first floor is devoted entirely to parking/storage as well as a bonus area and offers direct access to the private pool. The primary bedroom as well as a secondary bedroom along with 2 full bathrooms are offered on the entry level. On the second floor you will find 2 additional bedrooms along with 2 full bathrooms as well as a bonus entertainment area. The larger of the three bedrooms has a queen bed and the two smaller ones with a queen in one and twins in the other.  The king master suite is located on the main floor just off of the living area.

The entry level offers common living space with an overly large living room and dining area. The fully stocked casual style kitchen provides a great setting to interact with friends and family while preparing meals.

This home is located within .25 of a mile from the beach and offers a limited marsh view.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins

Maximum Occupancy: 8

There is garage access for 1 vehicle and parking for up to 2 more vehicles.

As of October 1, 2025 there is now an option to heat the pool for a minimum of 3 days for an additional expense. Please call us to inquire.

Our Stay

Overall we loved this house. Great location, great layout and pool for the 6 of us! Well appointed house. There were a few things we wish had been different. The pool filter was broken and making a loud noise which made it hard to sleep the first night. The property management company addressed it next day. The listing advertised queen beds but they were actually full beds which was ok for us but wouldn’t have been for more adults. Lastly the master bed is on wheels so it moved around which is strange. Overall, definitely 4 stars and a great place. Just need to address a few things. Would stay again.

St. Simons East Beach house

This house is in a premier location very close to East Beach. The house is very clean and newly renovated and the pool was a nice addition. The house has an elevator but must be off limits to guests as we had no access to it. Overall, great house in a great location.
