Completely remodeled and tastefully decorated in 2020, this perfectly situated East End area home is new to the vacation rental market, and is exactly where you want to be for your visit to St. Simons. Located on Olive Way near Coast Cottage Lane, you will find the beach is only steps away. The custom kitchen features bar seating, new appliances and an open floor plan including the spacious dining room and family room. Directly off the family room, find a beautiful covered porch overlooking the pool where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breezes. The Primary Bedroom Suite occupies the top floor of the villa and overlooks the private pool. The large bedroom has a king bed, two seating areas, and private access to the top floor porch. There is a walk-in closet, along with a huge primary bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower, as well as double sinks. On the first and second floors, guests will find three additional bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms offer queen beds, as well as their own ensuite baths. The fourth bedroom offers two twin beds and also includes its own bath.

The outside pool area is a virtual paradise. Beautifully landscaped, there is a large pool, two seating areas, and a firepit gathering spot. There is also an outside shower and an easily accessible half bath in the garage area. The garage offers parking for two cars, with additional parking space for two more cars in the driveway. For an additional fee, the outdoor pool can be heated. Please speak with your concierge for additional details.

Great location, nice accomodations

The property was great for our stay. We had 2 couples and 2 singles, so everyone got their own bedroom and en suite bathroom. The living room/kitchen/dining area was perfect for our gathering. And easy walking distance to the beach. Communication was prompt. I highly recommend this property.

Overall house was good and pool and yard area was great. A couple of small inconveniences , The remote Controls for the upper bedroom and lower bedroom, fan and light are on the same wavelength which was a nuisance. Also difficult to get hot water out of the kitchen faucet. The dishwasher also should be replaced as it does a poor job cleaning the dishes.

2024 Saint Simons Family Vacation

The grand kids loved it. It was a nice walk to the beach. The kids loved the pool. The layout of the house was perfect. It was close to nice shops, restaurants and rich history.

We stayed here for my low-key bachelorette and it was a dream!! They house has everything you need. If you wanna pack a cooler definitely get ice at the little market close by! The walk to the beach is sooo cute and easy don’t be deterred that it isn’t directly on the beach. The privacy you get is worth it. This house reno and furniture was well thought out. Enjoyed every bit of being here!

Wonderful stay!

Clean, modern, beautiful home in fantastic location. The house has everything you need, the owners have really thought of everything. Pool is amazing, we closed everyday with a swim. We were sorry to leave!

Beautiful house

We loved this beautifully decorated property in a great location. It is 4 levels with an en suite on each floor, which was perfect with teens (though may be tough with young children). The pool is beautiful. The only negative is that the kitchen was not very well equipped for cooking. Upgrade the cookware and utensils, add a nice sized waste basket and it’s a 5 star property!

Close to Everything

The house is extremely nice and an easy walk to the beach while also close to downtown area. Easy walk to Crabdaddy or Crab Trap. Short drive to others. Enjoyed the pool and provides great amenity to just chill and relax. Would definitely rent again.

Great location, great experience!!

This property was incredible. Close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and steps from the ocean. The pool was extremely relaxing, serving as the backdrop for making some really good memories.

Great property. You can tell that it has recently been remodeled. The pool area is amazing! Located by the best beach area in St Simons. The pictures are very accurate.

Space and Time

The space at this house offers privacy as well as multiple gathering spots, with porches and pool and grill space outdoors. The decor is thoughtful but uncluttered, with lots of comfy throws and comfortable seating. The location near the beach with the great privacy and good size of the pool insured a happy and memorable family time on SSI. (Nice linens and towels as well as extra beach towels appreciated!)

Positive: Pool and backyard area were wonderful. Close access to beach. Great neighborhood to go on walks. Of note: Kitchen is small. MANY flights of stairs. No bathroom on main living floor. Owner's suite bed is flimsy and creaks. Room for improvement: Repairman was present whenever we arrived. This was unreasonable and inconvenient, especially because one of the railings was in disrepair. Kitchen was dirty upon arrival. Cereal stuck to the sink and smelly trash cans, which was disappointing.

R&R at the Beach

Southern Belle Villa has easily become one of our favorite stays our family has ever shared. Upon driving up, the house boasts a beautiful façade, and once you walking has all the trappings of a luxurious hotel. Right out of the gate we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. Having the beach mere steps away, alongside heated pool, and fire pit gave us plenty to do throughout the week and our children enjoyed every bit of activities. We are already looking forward to our next stay here!
