Welcome to Demere Landing 150!!

Whether you want to go shoppin' or surfin' this is the perfect location for those wanting easy access to the beach and to the pier and village area. Only 4/10 of a mile to the nearest beach access point and just 1/2 mile to the village.

4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths make this the perfect place for two families or one large family. There is one bedroom with queen bedding and an en-suite bath, located on the garage level.

Going upstairs to the main living level you will find an open living area that combines the living room, dining room and kitchen. Large flat panel TV and plenty of comfy seating in the living room where you can watch all the big games. The dining room can seat 6 and 3 more at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your culinary needs.

The third level has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has king bedding and a large master bath. The other two bedrooms upstairs are equipped with queen bedding and share a hallway bath right outside the bedroom doors.

All in all a great rental. Perfect location. Beach or village nearby. Well furnished and tastefully decorated. To top it all off, Demere Landing has a community pool just across the parking lot from this townhome. Book now before some other lucky person grabs this unit.

Demere Landing Condominiums are located in a great south-island location near the village, beach, shopping, and restaurants. You will find yourself surrounded by lush landscaping situated in a peaceful and relaxing environment, complete with lagoons and a community pool.

The house was nice, the pool was great. The garage door kept opening on its own. The thermostat was a nightmare. You could not keep the upstairs cool. It was miserable to sleep. Would never rent this townhome again

They have anything you may need to cook & bake. It was clean, beds were comfortable, everything worked properly. Wish check out time was 11 instead of 10, and kind of a bummer we had to take out the trash and do so much clean up when paying a $300+ cleaning fee. But overall a good stay.

It was overall a perfect place for 8 people. It had all the room. The kitchen was a little small to be able to cook for 8 people. Also, the description had stated that we would be able to have a six person golf cart but when we got there, the golf cart was not at the place. The golf cart would definitely have come in handy instead of having to walk to the beach every day.

We had a group of 4 adult golfers that shared the property. Everything for the most part was exactly as described and as pictured. The one bedroom off the garage is exactly that and felt like a bit of an after thought. But it was functional and comfortable. The bathroom on that level is also functional but just really tight quarters. We arrived in the evening so it was a bit tough to find in the dark but once found and we had our bearings, it was convenient to everything on the island There was a reference in the write up about access to a golf cart but we didn’t see one at the unit. Perhaps it needed to be arranged separately and if so, that should probably be in the write up

We loved our stay this past weekend. The property was very clean and a perfect location for our family weekend trip. The check in process was very smooth. We will definitely return.

Great quiet location. July is always sweltering in Georgia but the beach and pool near by were the perfect reprieve. This unit is comfortable and well appointed. Due to the afternoon rains it gave us plenty of room to play cards or assemble a puzzle. We didn't think to rent a golf cart ahead of time and that would have added to the ease of tootling around, but nothing was far and we had a car or walked. It should be noted that the 4th bedroom is a direct access room to the garage. While it worked fine for our group it may be a logistical issue for others depending on the in and out needs for the garage.

Absolutely no complaints at all! Beautiful house, easy check in. Simple check out instructions. We took advantage of the pool one afternoon, went down to the beach, it was great. Everyone had a great time and we love how conveniently close everything was.
