Dulce Dough offers pastries in the french tradition and possibly the world's greatest doughnut.
Bubba Garcias has okay Mexican food, but offers some solid nearby nightlife.

Inside the Home:

Living Room: Chill out by the tabby fireplace or curl up on one of the comfy sofas. Our beach-themed bookcase is pretty cool too!
Dining Room: There’s a big wooden table that seats six and a small desk if you need to catch up on emails.
Kitchen: It’s stocked! Stainless steel appliances, a charming clay-tiled backsplash, and a little reading area. Need a microwave, toaster, or crockpot? We’ve got all that and more.
Bedrooms: Drift off to sleep in one of our three snug bedrooms, each with soft linens, plenty of storage, and a 32-inch smart TV. The master has its own shower, and there’s another full bath down the hall. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan.

Outdoor Vibes:

Patio: Our screened porch has comfy seating for eight and ambient hanging lights for catching up—Never let the truth get in the way of a good story.
Backyard: Big and fenced, it’s ideal for your furry friends. Plus, there’s a hammock for you.

Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.

Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.

Pet Policy: Properties designated as pet-friendly require a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Only dogs are accepted. Cats are not allowed. Emmons Realty accepts a maximum of 2 dogs, with a maximum weight of 65lbs per dog. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. No exceptions will be made for any part of this policy. Please pick up after your pet, the deposit does not pay for our housekeepers to clean up the yard.
