Private fenced with pool. The location is perfect, as it is a walkable distance to both the Village and the beach. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this house is ready to accommodate all your needs...large enough to accommodate 14 people very comfortably, yet cozy enough for 2-3. Off the Master Bedroom you will find a room dedicated for your infant. Comes equipped with Crib and changing table. Downstairs you will find two bedrooms. A master bedroom with king bed that opens to the patio and yard. Private bath with double vanity. A quest room with queen bed with full bath. Upstairs two additional bedrooms with jack and Jill bath (2-private toilets). First bedroom has king bed. Second bedroom (Bunk Room) has full size bunkbed with twin at bottom. Also has Queen bed with twin sleeper sofa. You will love spending time with everyone in the wide open, spacious living areas...a large kitchen with all the amenities. Any foodie would enjoy cooking in the kitchen and outside with Artisan Grill with rotisserie.. There are three bikes available for use at no charge. Distance to Morning by Morning Coffee Shop is .5 miles. Also close to ChickFilA. Distance to Pier and Village 10-15 minute walk. To Beach 10-15 walk. To Crabdaddys or Crab Trap Restaurant 8 minute walk. 100 sq ft has been added to give our guest a quiet room for office work with printer. Great for virtual calls, homework, etc. Harris Teeters has everything you need for this. We have the Pot and Burner to do your very own simple low country boil. Outdoor fire pit additional wood may be purchased at the fuel station next to Southern Soul BBQ. January 1, 2021 island rental policy: on a side note to all potential renters. Our home has four bedrooms so two adults per bedroom and two total additional can stay. This does not include children. There is ordinance is for parking. Cannot park on side of street. We comply with all guidelines. Aug 2023 adding Tesla Charging outlet. This 50 Amp service will be located on right side of house facing it next to pool gate entrance. Our new 4 putt green is just awesome. If you have any questions regarding this let us know. Polaris Ranger Special August through December 2025.

The home was a great rental property-the kitchen had all needed dishes, gadgets, and utensils to make phenomenal meals. The Bbq Grill was a great touch. The exterior was immaculate and was manicured several times during our stay. The pool was also lovely and maintained while we were there.

Great location

Perfect location. Great property for a multi family vacation. The pool was a great size and there are nice shaded areas in the back yard as well. The common area is large and accommodated our big group well. Location is walking distance to the beach and village. The owners are easily available and quick to respond. Just perfect!

St. Simons

Thanks to this house we had a great vacation with our extended family. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we spent lots of time in the pool. The pool towels were of excellent quality and we enjoyed the ice maker. The house was big enough for our whole family. We would definitely stay here again. St. Simons is a beautiful place to vacation with many restaurant choices.

Beautiful property and wonderful owners!

This was our first time traveling to SSI. Our trip was cut short unfortunately, but from what we did get to experience, the area is laid back and family friendly. The home was as described in the listing, very clean, and very comfortable. The pool was such a hit with the littles! Communication with Maria was wonderful! My entire family would recommend staying!

St Simons Island beach house

The house was just as beautiful as the picture show clean well taken care of and the owner was very easy and great to deal with. Got back with us on any questions we asked and was very informative and helped us with restaurants and anything else we asked for. Great property for families

House is outstanding, plenty of room for all 11 of us to enjoy the family room. Was everything advertised and more. Furniture, beds, kitchen all were first class. Great property for young kids, Weather was not great for a couple of days, the heated pool was a big winner, they spent hour's playing in it. Close to water and downtown great shops and restaurants. Very enjoyable stay for all other us.

It was a great house, owner super responsive. Great location, convenience to restaurants (rent a Moke)! One thing to be aware of, road noise while using pool. The road is fairly active, did not bother us; but, it is something to consider. House was well equipped, very clean.

Terrific Winter Getaway

The house was exactly as described and perfect for a family visit to SSI. The house was beautiful and clearly a reflection of lovely, upscale taste with every amenity considered to make for a comfortable stay. We paid for the pool to be heated, and it was well worth it as the kids swam daily even during unusually cold weather. Maria always responded promptly to communication, and her recommendations for activities and restaurants were spot-on. We have rented homes several times in the past, and this is the best property and host!

Awesome stay, property. Great owners!

House looked great in the pictures, but even better in person. None of that "fisheye lense distorted size" issues. Coastal Cottage was spacious!!! Comfy beds, plenty of room, awesome kitchen. We ate out most of this trip but the house has plenty of cooking, grilling and even Blackstone cooking options. Location was wonderful. Had a large F150 and Minivan in the parking area and still had room for 2 golf cards with room to spare. Owners were easy to work with, easy to contact and replied pretty quickly when we had some questions come up. Out experience with Coastal Cottage and the Gilberts was fantastic.

Awesome house for a big family!

We had a fantastic time at this house! Great location, beautifully decorated, fun pool with volleyball net, well-equipped kitchen, large enough for our family of 10. The nursery was perfect for our little one-year-old grandson. We will definitely be back to this same house. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed driving it all over town. We also rented a tent and chairs/towels for the beach from The Tent Guys. They were great, and it was nice not having to lug chairs, etc., to the beach. Such a fun, memorable week.

We loved the location of this home. It’s close to everything. The pool was a big hit for our kids. We loved the back yard to hang out with the kids. We also loved the fire pit for s’mores. Property manager was always quick to respond to any questions we had.

Beautiful Coastal Cottage

Very beautiful and clean house. The kitchen has a big island to prepare meals with big families and a large table to eat at. Many spots to sleep. The beds are very comfortable. If you have a lot of people or staying awhile bring extra things such as toilet paper/paper towels/laundry pods/dish soap/garbage bags as they do carry all those things you will need to restock as they do list in their stay description. Great for grilling. The pool is perfect and has a volleyball net/ball to play with. Enjoyed making smores in the firepit at night and looking up at the night sky. The walk to the beach is about 10-15 min and the property is in a great location to all the tourist spots. What a great stay and beautiful town!!!
