Amazing stay!

This was our second year in a row, staying at this property, and I can honestly tell you and hasn't disappointed. The location is perfect. The condo is clean and has everything we need. The view is unbeatable and check in process was flawless.

2025 Vacation

Our family enjoyed staying at The Sand Castle Condo. There was plenty of bedrooms and space for everyone to enjoy after a long day at the beach. The balcony was big and had enough chairs for everyone to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. Staying on Indian Shore Beach was everything we wanted for our family vacation. Activities and restaurants were close enough to walk to and the beach was clean as well. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Me & my family had the best time staying here at Kents condo for the first time. The condo was very clean, and stocked up with everything that we needed. Being on the 10th floor the condo provided beautiful views of the Gulf, which we really enjoyed. The closet on the balcony was stocked with plenty of beach toys, and chairs. We donated a nice Hurley boogey board to the closet before we left. Kent was also a fantastic host, and provided us with all the key details we needed before we arrived for our stay. We will be back!

Great location

Beautiful beach. Quick walk to beach from to condo. Condo was beautiful with Amazing sunset and beach views. Only a few negatives. The problematic elevator, only one goes to the 10th floor and it often wouldn’t come so we took the stairs down to the 9th floor to catch the other one. Also there is a weird door in the one bedroom which was not finished well and was actually ugly to look at. Overall I would return to this condo again, just with these things in mind .

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautifully appointed condo! The amenities were of a high quality. The host was quick to respond to address any issues/questions. The location was key for us. Five Star all the way!

Oceanside Getaway with Beautiful View

The 10th floor gave us a beautiful view of the Gulf and the sunsets were perfect! Unit could use a bit more TLC. Our clothes dryer was not working - owner did give us $25 for coin laundry - but still very inconvenient. Could use more towels - especially with the dryer issue. Refrig/Freezer and oven were not the cleanest. Kitchen & Bathroom floors needed a good scrubbing. A conveniently-located unit but the building & pool area could use a good upgrade. Above average stay but not quite as classy as pics represent.

Another great stay!

This was our second time staying in this unit and it didn't disappoint! Was great to hear from Kent during the week as he was checking to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Only issues were visitor parking, as a construction trailer blocked several visitor spots, and one elevator was down much of the time, creating slightly longer waits to get to the 10th floor. Everything else was perfect and we looking forward to staying here in the future!

Great condo and enjoyed our stay

We spent a week and had a great time. The condo was very clean and great communication with owner. Loved the view from the balcony and loved the balcony closet with the skim boards, beach toys and chairs to use.

Perfect location

Me and my husband and 7 year old grandaughter . she had a perfect time. location perfect. . great place. I would only recommend that beach chairs where perfect. and umbrella super greatful they are there but it appears guest leave items so maybe the owner declutter the closet of some of the items that are maybe not is such great condition. to help circulate the air system.it was pretty stuffed. but. only a suggestion. and the bathroom tub, if you fill the tub. the shower still kinda sticks but again not really relavant to how beautiful the place and stay was. we where very happy and hope to come again next year. thank you for the perfect beach stay. The location was great and the condo was very nice. Pool area had plenty of chairs. We had a small issue with the A/C, and host promptly had it taken care of. No other issues. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay. Didn’t speak with Kent much because it wasn’t needed. He had clear instructions and everything we needed was already taken care of. The condo was well furnished and taken care of. We would stay here again!

Everything we needed for a perfect beach stay

Beautiful condo with new updates throughout. Great location, within walking distance to so many restaurants, ice cream, shopping. We loved that the beach and pool were so close! The only downfall for us was that we were on the 10th floor, so lots of waiting for the elevator along with many other guests. We visited during peak vacation time though, so maybe this isn’t an issue outside of spring break time. Highly recommend calling ahead to rent the beach lounge chairs. This condo did have a nice stash of beach chairs and sand toys/gear that we used, but carrying them up and down was a bit cumbersome at times. Overall it was an awesome stay, would definitely come back again!

Excellent Family Vacation

Our vacation was fantastic! The location and the view were amazing ! The condo has everything you need including beach chairs, towels etc. We took our moms with us (86 & 82) it was so easy to go to and from the beach and pool. Kent was so welcoming and he was in contact with me every step of the way. He went out of his way to accommodate us due to a health issue one of my family members. It was very hard to leave but I hope to go back soon.

The condo was just as shown and described. Beautiful views, convenient to everything. Had a few minor issues that were just coincidence during our stay and Kent replied immediately and handled it equally as quick. Great overall experience! Would stay again for sure.

Family vacation

The condo was perfect for our summer vacation. It was decorated with a lovely beach theme, was clean and included everything we could need. We had groceries delivered from Walmart, but Publix and Walmart were both a quick 10 minute drive for last minute needs. We cooked a few dinners in the condo and had lunch and breakfast there every day. The patio area was a favorite for morning coffee and watching for manatees and dolphins. We spent our days at the beach and it was very easy to run back up for lunch and air conditioning. Beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, noodles and sand toys were included. I did rent a large awning and beach wagon to carry all the gear from a local company that was delivered and picked up directly to the condo. It was a perfect week and I would definitely book again. My only issue was the third bedroom is very small and does not have a closet. A dresser is in the room for unpacking and you can easily store empty luggage under the bed.

Great stay!

Loved our week in Indian Shores! Condo was amazing and the owner spared no expense with details. We had everything that we needed. Highly recommend this condo to anyone who wishes to visit the area! Everything is perfectly described. You won’t be disappointed!
