Spend your days enjoying the sugar-sand shoreline just steps away, then relax on the oversized private deck that spans the full width of the unit. Beach chairs and toys are provided, making it easy to enjoy the Gulf without packing extra gear.
Inside, the condo has been updated throughout with a bright, welcoming layout. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals at home, and a full-size washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

IRB vacation

Very clean and it had everything that we needed to have fun at the beach (wagon, umbrella and beach chairs). Great location with a partial view of the ocean. I would rent again for next vacation to Indian Rocks Beach area. Owner was very attentive and provided us with all of the information needed to arrive and checkout without any complications.

Wonderful

Wonderful place. Short walk to the beach, right across the street. The place had everything you could need to prepare meals and visit the beach. Just bring suntan lotion and stop at Publix nearby for food. Very clean. Wonderful management.

This condo was beautiful and so clean. It was convenient to walk to the beach and restaurants. It was absolutely stocked with whatever we needed (beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc). Would stay here again and recommend to others! Loved unit 4B!

Beach Haven

Location! Location! Location!Our teenager wanted beach access, and beach access she received. A quick jaunt accross the street from this spacious and wonderfully stocked condo was everything we were looking for. All beach gear was included with this home. A fully stocked kitchen with access to a grill made mealtime a breeze. The large balcony was used nightly to determine when to head to the beach in order to watch the sun set. We had 5 people in our group and we had ample space, no tripping over each other while coming and going. We had a wonderful stay and looking forward to returning.

Excellent location to beach

Spotless rental, incredible location to beach. Parking, easy to find. Unit had absolutely everything you could want for vacation needs, including beach wagon, chairs, etc....so great. Really appreciated the laundry, very nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Wonderful stay. Balcony is Amazing!
