We would love to welcome you to stay at our 2 bed, 2.5 bath condo in beautiful Indian Shores, Florida!

Our unit at Seashell Condominiums is the perfect place to relax and make memories to treasure with your friends and loved ones. Conveniently located between Clearwater and St. Pete, our condo provides easy access right across the street to one of the best beaches in America where you can enjoy the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico and watch the unforgettable sunsets from the shore. You can also enjoy the sunrises and wildlife from our community's private fishing pier, or relax in the swimming pool and outdoor dining area located right on Florida's Intracoastal waterway. The community sits within easy walking distance to local restaurants, beach rentals, ice cream parlors, and gift stores.

Our modern and welcoming condo can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, with a spacious open living area, 2 large bedrooms upstairs, 2.5 bathrooms, and an attached 2 car garage for your use. The attractive kitchen has granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances, and comes equipped with coffeemakers, kitchenware, utensils and more. We provide towels and linens, and our unit has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Through the sliding glass doors next to the living area you will find a spacious private balcony with UV shades allowing you to relax outside year-round. Sit and enjoy a coffee with breakfast in the morning, or a glass of your favorite wine with food in the evening and let the ocean breeze carry your troubles away.

Upstairs the bedrooms are roomy and inviting, and both contain quiet ceiling fans to help keep you cool during balmy Florida nights. The master bedroom suite offers a king-sized bed with a walk-in closet, plus an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The large second bedroom contains two queen beds and a closet, as well as a second bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Stay entertained and connected (if you choose!) without leaving the condo. We have high speed WiFi and smart TVs with cable in each room. In our garage we also provide beach equipment and a kayak for you to use. For guests who would like to work while visiting we also have a spacious desk in the main living area, with noise cancelling bluetooth headphones.

About the location:

Florida's world famous attractions are easily reachable from our condo. We are located approximately an hour from Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, and two hours from the theme parks at Walt Disney World and Universal Studios in Orlando.

Local access to the white sands of Indian Shores Beach is less than a five minute walk away. Other nearby beaches include Indian Rocks, Redington Shores, Clearwater, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach.

Other local attractions include the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Seaside Seabird Sanctuary, John's Pass Boardwalk, Smuggler's Cove Adventure Golf, Florida Botanical Gardens, Sunken Gardens, and Fort De Soto Park.

The cities of Clearwater, Tampa and St. Petersburg are between 10-30 miles away. Local airports are St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (~14 miles) and Tampa International Airport (~27 miles).
