Adorable! All the things you need

Perfect for a vacation or spring break, kitchen & beds were all we needed since we were outdoors most of the time. The pool was nice & maintenance very well. Had lots of seating & the putt putt course shuffle board were a nice addition. It was not very busy so we often had the pool to ourselves which was nice! Lovely stay definitely recommend.

Apt rental on ft Harrison rd

Pros- apartment was clean upon arrival. Beds were comfortable. TV worked well. Had plenty of towels. Nice outside area by pool. Pool clean. Very nice restaurant very close to the rental. Nice area to walk by golf courses. There was a microwave, coffee maker, frig, and stove in the apartment, all in working order.Cons-Apartment was located by very busy, noisy street. Air conditioner was very noisy and looked dirty. Too many plug in air fresheners which makes it appear the host is trying to hide some odors. Not enough kitchen eating utensils or dishes. No dish cloths or towels provided. No hot pads available if using the oven. Needs to be a mat inside the door as well as on outside. Outside mat was very wet from the day of rain. Blinds were dusty. Grill provided, but no grilling utensils present. For safety purposes , the strips on the outside steps need to be replaced. On our last night there, the renters in the adjacent apartment were very noisy and playing very loud music until the early morning hours. Left a message with host, but did not hear anything back from the host until the next day. Had to contact police due to loud disturbance.

Waste of my time

Place was not cleaned well from last tenant. The loud music of the neighbor room and screaming and partying had us pack and leave at midnight not able to sleep with the chaos and the lights from outside so blinding while trying to sleep! Curtains are needed in rooms! Brought to attention of loud music and party happening as stated no events nothing was addressed no apology nothing from the property manager!

It grew on me

First impressions weren’t great since I wasn’t expecting an apartment on top of a motel and the building and fixtures are quite old and not in the best shape. The beds are nice, clean and very comfortable and the people worked very hard to be accommodating and make the stay enjoyable. Great local spot right next door (Wildflower) and a welcoming pool area. They were what we needed in short notice.
