This lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is 1110 square feet and sleeps up to 8! Four DAILY water park passes are included for the duration of your stay. Additional passes can be purchased at a discounted rate.

Fantastic views from the units private balcony overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway which leads to the Gulf of Mexico!

The private balcony has a hightop dining table with 4 swivel chairs for open air dining, and 2 chairs with a side table.

The Primary Bedroom has a King sized bed, and master bath has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds, and ensuite bath has a tub-shower combination. For guests number 7 and 8, the living room has a pull-out sofa.

The living room and each bedroom has a smart TV.

It is a 3-to-5-minute walk to the fabulous Indian Rocks Beach that has been voted as one of the BEST Beaches in the WORLD!

There is an in-unit washer/dryer, a fully stocked kitchen complete with cutlery and cooking utensils. Towels and Beach Towels are provided. Beach essentials provided are a wagon, a few beach chairs, and an umbrella.

THERE ARE 2 ELEVATORS IN THE PARKING GARAGE THAT TRAVEL FROM GROUND LEVEL TO AS HIGH AS THE 5TH FLOOR, AND ONE ELEVATOR (elevator #3), BY THE ROUNDABOUT, THAT TRAVELS FROM GROUND LEVEL TO THE 8TH FLOOR. YOU WILL WANT TO TAKE ELEVATOR NUMBER 3 TO THE SIXTH FLOOR.

You will be astounded by the fantastic views on the 6th and 7th floor sun decks, where you can soak up the warm Florida SUN!

The Waterpark and it's lazy river are great fun for young people and adults alike. Enjoy live music in the evenings and several nearby eateries/bars offering adult beverages. A snack bar, Jimmy Guana's and a gift shop are located poolside.

Crabby Bill's is a block away, both have live entertainment. There is also PJ's, Slyce Pizza, Lulu's and a Mexican restaurant which are very good and in walking distance. Ice cream and candy shoppes. John's Pass is around a 10 minute drive! You will find many great shoppes and restaurants including Bubba Gump's. There are also many coffee and ice cream shops, bars and entertainment venues. Let's not forget that Clearwater Beach is around a 10-15 minute Drive as well!

Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint, laid-back, family-friendly beach town. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a friends get together, Indian Rocks Beach and Harbourside make for the perfect vacation destination. You won't want to leave!

We're easily accessible from the airports, with trolleys available for your convenience to take you to so many places including Clearwater Beach for a minimum fee.

PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty.

Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.

To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.

Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.

4 DAILY water park passes are included, and there is also a sun set deck located also on the same floor as this unit.

Free garage parking is available for our guests, one space only in garage, with parking pass on dash. Let the Trolley take you to the many attractions and venues up and down the coastline.

You will need to bring the water park passes to the gift shop before entering the park, they will scan them and give you wrist bands to be worn while at the park. It is there that you can purchase any additional passes that are needed, at a discount.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. THERE IS A NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN. THIS INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.

This unit is Self check-in; there is nowhere to store your luggage should you arrive before your check-in time. This unit is not affiliated with Hotel Connections.

There is a County Beach nourishment project to include placing additional sand on the beaches of Sand Key (Clearwater Beach to Belleair Beach and Indian Rocks Beach to North Redington Beach), Treasure Island and Upham Beach, however they do this in small stages, thus, beach use will be available on either side of the beach area that they are working on.

Great family trip with water park and beach

The location is great. Multiple decent restaurants within walking distance. The beach is about a 5 minute walk. There is a water park, which my 10yo loved. There is a grocery about 5 minutes drive. There is a great (quiet and calming) view from the balcony. The roof sun deck is great for beach sunsets.The unit was a great size for 4-6 people. My 10yo preferred the couch in standard form (not pulled out, maybe you could fit two kids). Nice bathrooms, functional kitchen. Dining table chairs were uncomfortable (I wince thinking about playing uno at the table). Smart tvs (samsung if I remember correctly).The communication with the owner/operator was seamless and easy, zero complaints.The only negatives (minor):1) It took a while to figure the parking and elevator scenario out arriving at 1am. Maybe include a map of the garage in the email.2) There were ceiling fans in the bedrooms, but the remotes barely worked (I had to program the dip switches in the remotes but one of the remotes was on death’s doorstep).3) This is my bad for not reading the email well enough, but set all thermostats to AC or heat, and then adjust the temperature. I figured it out reading the email again the last day.Highly recommend for a family beach trip to the Tampa beaches. Thanks for stsy!! :)

Great Rental, walking distance to beautiful beach.

Nice place. Overall it met our needs. We could walk to the beach. The decor and furniture was all very nice and the beds comfortable. The themostats did not seem to work independently of each other (when all on cool). The second bedroom was quite hot. The parking garage is a bit of a nightmare, especially on the weekend and unless your kids are young, the water park was a joke. But the condo itself was simply lovely and we really enjoyed vour time there. If you stay there you must go to billy's 🦀.. it's within walking distance. A lot of great little restaurants close by as well.

Great Trip

We all enjoyed our stay! The property was just as described. The check-in/check-out process was so easy, and the condo was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back in the future.

Beautiful condo

The condo was very clean and was in the perfect location for us. We did have a few minor issues, but we had communication with host and they were quickly resolved. Hope to stay again next year!
