12-2-2025 Update: Splash Harbour Water Park will be closed for Maintenance from January 19th to January 31st, 2026, however, the pool will be "mostly" open during these dates. According to the Association, there may may be a couple of days during these dates where they will shut down the pool, and they will post signs by the pool when closing.

Just Listed and Renovated! 3-to-5-minute walk to Indian Rocks Beach!!! Includes 4 DAILY Water Park Passes! This gorgeous and remodeled 2/2 condo is located at the 'Harbourside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. Unit 5516 is located on the 5th floor and has a balcony that overlooks the Intracoastal waterway, where you can watch the boats go by and the dolphins play! There is a fully stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer in the unit, Living area, dining area, and 2 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bath.

Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint, laid-back, family-friendly beach town. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a friends get together, Indian Rocks Beach and Harbourside make for the perfect vacation destination. You won't want to leave!

The unit comes with 4 free daily splash Harbour Water Park passes. That's over a $100 a day value. Additional passes are offered at a discounted rate.

The units living area overlooks the private balcony which faces the Intracoastal waterway, and has a smart TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an attached bathroom that includes a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds, and a full bath with a tub/shower combo. Both Bedrooms have smart TV's. Also, free internet WI-FI access is included.

Think it can't get any better...There are 2 common area sundecks located roof top, on the 6th and 7th floor, which have the most incredible views! Some of the best sunsets you will ever see!

The Waterpark and its lazy river is onsite and are great fun for young people and adults alike. Enjoy live music in the evenings and several nearby eateries/bars offering adult beverages. A snack bar, Jimmy Guana's and a gift shop are located poolside.

Beautiful Indian Rocks Beach is just a short 3/5-minute walk from your room.

Crabby Bills, Slyce Pizza, PJ's Oyster Bar,and The Lighthouse Donuts are just a few of the many restaurants within walking distance, and just a few miles away you'll find the famous John's Pass where the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is located. There are also many coffee and ice cream shops, bars and entertainment venues.

We're easily accessible from the airports, with trolleys available for your convenience to take you to so many places including Clearwater Beach for a minimum fee.

PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). If you have a 2nd car, feel free to find a free parking spot on the street or you can park in the lot across from the gift shop for a $20 daily fee, attendant on duty.

Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.

To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.

Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, THERE ARE 3 ELEVATORS LOCATED IN THE PARKING GARAGE. ALL ELEVATORS TRAVELS TO THE 5TH FLOOR.

Jimmy Guana is right in your backyard. Crabby Bill's is a block away, both have live entertainment. There is also PJ's, Slyce Pizza, Lulu's and a Mexican restaurant which are very good and in walking distance. Ice cream and candy shoppes. John's Pass is just a few miles away! You will find many great shoppes and restaurants including Bubba Gump's.u

Didn't bring a car? Let the Trolley take you to the many attractions and venues up and down the coastline.

You will need to bring the water park passes to the gift shop before entering the park, they will scan them and give you wrist bands to be worn while at the park. It is there that you can purchase any additional passes, at a discount. The pool is part of the water park. So, you do need a pass to use the pool until the park side closes (usually 6 pm). You can then use the pool from 6 to 10 without passes.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. THERE IS A NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN. THIS INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.

Great Property

This was a great experience at a property that is set up perfect for families. Our kids had a great time at the water park and with beach access so close, the beach toys, chairs and wagon came in handy. Having a full kitchen was great for keeping our morning routine.

Pretty vacation home in a fun little beach community.

Charming spot, well decorated. Everything we needed. Our granddaughters loved the water park in spite of the chilly February temps and the rest of us enjoyed the music and dining options nearby. Beach walks and dolphin watching too!

Lovely condo with great location

Lovely, clean condo that provides all the conveniences of home. Enjoyed the water view and sunrises from the back deck. The water park was open even on Thanksgiving. Minutes from the beautiful beach and a couple restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great property and condo for families

Condo was beautifully decorated and new. Perfect view of intercoastal and south towards the coast. Would stay here again.
