The fantastic Harbourside at Marker 33 is a Waterfront condo development in Indian Rocks Beach Florida that has an onsite Water Park (Splash Harbour), complete with slides, a lazy river, and a Tiki Bar!

This lovely 2-bedroom 2 bath unit is 1110 square feet and sleeps up to 8! Four DAILY water park passes are included for the duration of your stay. Additional passes can be purchased at a discounted rate.

The Primary Bedroom has a King-sized bed, and master bath has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds, and ensuite bath has a tub-shower combination. For guests' number 7 and 8, the living room has a pull-out sofa.

It is a 3-to-5-minute walk to the fabulous Indian Rocks Beach that has been voted as one of the BEST Beaches in the WORLD!

There is an in-unit washer/dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, complete with cutlery and cooking utensils. Towels and Beach Towels are provided. We supply start-ups of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher pods.

THERE ARE 2 ELEVATORS IN THE PARKING GARAGE THAT TRAVEL FROM GROUND LEVEL TO AS HIGH AS THE 5TH FLOOR, AND ONE ELEVATOR (elevator #3), BY THE ROUNDABOUT, THAT TRAVELS FROM GROUND LEVEL TO THE 8TH FLOOR. YOU WILL WANT TO TAKE ELEVATOR NUMBER 3 TO THE SIXTH FLOOR.

You will be astounded by the fantastic views on the 6th and 7th floor sun decks, where you can soak up the warm Florida SUN!

The Waterpark and its lazy river are great fun for young people and adults alike. Enjoy live music in the evenings and several nearby eateries/bars offering adult beverages. A snack bar, Jimmy Guana's and a gift shop are located poolside.

Crabby Bill's is a block away, both have live entertainment. There is also PJ's, Slyce Pizza, Lulu's and a Mexican restaurant which are very good and in walking distance. Ice cream and candy shoppes. John's Pass is around a 10-minute drive! You will find many great shoppes and restaurants including Bubba Gump's. There are also many coffee and ice cream shops, bars and entertainment venues. Let's not forget that Clearwater Beach is around a 10–15-minute Drive as well!

Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint, laid-back, family-friendly beach town. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a friends get together, Indian Rocks Beach and Harbourside make for the perfect vacation destination. You won't want to leave!

We're easily accessible from the airports, with trolleys available for your convenience to take you to so many places including Clearwater Beach for a minimum fee.

PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty.

Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.

To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.

Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.

4 DAILY water park passes are included, and there is also a sun set deck located also on the same floor as this unit.

Free garage parking is available for our guests, one space only in garage, with parking pass on dash. Let the Trolley take you to the many attractions and venues up and down the coastline.

You will need to bring the water park passes to the gift shop before entering the park, they will scan them and give you wrist bands to be worn while at the park. It is there that you can purchase any additional passes that are needed, at a discount.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures. Check in is any time after 4PM.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences, and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.

Overall an absolutely amazing stay. The host was extremely responsive any time I reached out. The place was very clean and obviously well cared for, with everything we needed. The one negative was the cushion on the hideaway bed was super uncomfortable. We worked around that, though, and still had an amazing week.

Our unit was very well decorated, immaculate and the waterpark was a favorite of the children and us parents. The balcony overlooking the water was relaxing, comfortable and entertainging as we watched boaters dock their boats. Our unit had everything we needed, even the children wanted to stay!Walkable to the beach, restaraunts, parks.

Convenient location, great little waterpark. Beach access 5 min walk, beach supplies and wagon provided was a bonus. Had a broken umbrella and management replaced it immediately. Quiet bay view away from pool area, nice balcony. No grill on premises, but multiple restaurants nearby walking distance.

They need to do a better job with directions to parking , Only one garage you find access elevator to higher floors in the far back. The elevator is hidden by a column. We arrived later at night and it was very difficult to find based on directions. Our units was beautiful had everything we needed. We did have a drain issue in the secondary tub called and it was taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend. We are a family of 4 with two teen daughters.

Beautiful condo! Tastefully decorated and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. There was a nice size balcony with a beautiful view of the intercostal with the many boats coming and going-even saw some dolphins! I could also see the gulf and the wonderful sunsets! Many restaurants within walking distance and the beach was just a short walk away as well. Only used the car once to run to the grocery store. There is also a waterpark at the hotel that my grandchildren loved when they visited over the weekend, such a nice perk that they supply 4 free passes! It was February so a little chili, but the water was heated and no crowds! Will definitely stay here again!

Just as advertised. Master bed is very comfy. The view off the balcony is amazing, as is the observation deck. Only negative is that refrigerator! The door doesn't close right so it's always beeping that the door is open. Annoying!!

We stayed here for a few days of relaxing after 4 days at Disney. It was gorgeously decorated and had amazing views of both the inter coastal and the beach. The water park on site kept the 7 year old and teen entertained. The Mexican place, Jake’s Costal Cantina and PJs oyster bar were easy to walk to and tasty. The beach was a short walk and the condo boasted a wagon and everything thing you would need to enjoy yourself. We would definitely come back and w joyed our time tremendously.

We stayed at the condo for three nights. My teenagers loved the Waterpark option. All of us enjoyed the easy walk to the beach, shops and great places to eat. The condo is well equipped with all cooking utensils needed to enjoy a nice meal in your room if you are not up for eating out. Our condo stay was wonderful! 💕

Great condo, very clean and well stocked with everything you need. 5 minute walk to beach with beach wagon and chairs, even had beach towels for us. We walked to dinner, it really was the perfect location. The only suggestion I have, is better directions for getting into the garage and elevator, it was a little confusing. Once we found it, it was perfect. I would go back for sure.

The condo was clean and the kitchen had all the essentials needed. The waterpark was perfect for our grandchildren ages 5 , 3 and 1. The beach closet stocked with beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and even a beach wagon was a pleasant surprise and made walking to the beach, just 3 short blocks away a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Master bed is in need of replacement. It’s very bumpy and has a pillow top on mattress. A bit uncomfortable sleeping. Views out back window and porch is so peaceful of the intercostal. Ice maker did not work-property manager promptly answered and brought bag of ice. Fully stocked, keurig and regular coffee pot, lots of dishes and utensils. Bring soap or shower gel-not provided. There was sample shampoo and conditioner, but for more than 1 day you might need more. Parking is tricky-we got lucky, one end is a dead end and for a SUV it’s a bit tricky to maneuver the cement pillars. We loved the easy walk to PJ’s, Slyce, the coffee shop and local brewery. Great location. Enjoyed our stay.
