Please be advised that our property is currently undergoing important restoration and improvement work designed to enhance your future experience. This project includes updates to balconies, walkways, building exteriors, stairways, and other concrete surfaces.



Enjoy spectacular water views your private balcony at this Gulf getaway. You’ll love the popular Water View complex - a centrally located hideaway overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. Take a dip in the heated pool after sunkissed days on the shore - you’re 50 steps from sugary white-sand beaches.



Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with generous granite counter space and stainless steel appliances. Kick back in the open living area or unwind in the plush primary suite. Thoughtful perks like a private washer/dryer and provided beach gear add convenience to your stay.



Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.



During your stay, you may notice the following:

• Elevator is down in the West Building until further Notice

• Occasional construction noise during daytime hours

• Limited access to certain outdoor areas and balconies

• Temporary closures of balconies while repairs are in progress

• Changes to walkway access routes around the property

• Active work zones visible in some common areas

• Potential for minor debris related to construction activities

• Potential pool, hot tub, parking area, and common area closures

(Pool, hot tub, and parking access will be available at Quiet Waters when Water View facilities are closed)

Wonderful Property & Unit !

The condo is clean, modern, and has every extra you need. The balcony has a great view of the intracoastal and you can even see a slice of the ocean too! The hot tub is one of the best I’ve used in years, warm and strong. Great stay!

Excellent October Vacation

This property was perfect for our needs and extremely comfortable. The cleaning crew does an excellent job and the entire complex is well kept from the pool, hot tub, parking and common areas, to the built in barbecue. Great time!

Wonderful location - Just as advertised!

This condo matches what the pictures show in every way. Beautiful views from the balcony of the waterway and pool. Front door looks across the street to the ocean. The unit was clean, super comfortable beds and well decorated. The area is quiet with just 30ish units in the complex so the pool was never too busy, although a few visitors were louder that others. The location can't be beat and the check in process was as simple as could be. Only downside was that the washing machine wasn't working which we didn't need until the last night before we left to wash the beach towels. We contacted the property managers and they waived the fee for not washing them. This location is very close to Clearwater, which was fun for a few days of activities and also to John's Pass which has great food and shopping options. Being just outside the popular areas left us with a quiet, not too busy beach and less traffic to truly relax.

Excellent property & location

Property was exactly as listed. The location was great. Perfect family friendly area. Everything you need for a great family beach vacation is in the condo. Beach towels, cart and toys. We also saw dolphins in the morning off the balcony.

Excellent experience! Parking was a little difficult for a larger vehicle and we had trouble with the TV in the master bedroom. Nevertheless, the condo was excellent and had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Location with Fabulous Views

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Waterview 402! Beautifully kept grounds and building maintenance. Condo has great views of Gulf on one side and coastal waters on opposite side. Watched dolphins and sunrise from the balcony. Short walk to the Gulf with private path to use. Loved ability to grill out! Having a hose to wash feet and beach items was a plus and used often. Well stocked kitchen. Calls for service needs were responded to in a timely manner, greatly appreciated wash machine repair prior to our departure. Looking forward to renting Waterview 402 when we travel to Indian Shores area again,

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were never in that area before, but very walkable to beach and restaurants. The unit was clean and had a great view from the patio/balcony. Had one minor issue but team worked well and there were no issues or interruptions. Would definitely recomend.

Nice Stay

The condo was clean and well kept. Nice view of inter coastal from balcony. View of ocean from entry doorway. Quick walk to beach across the street. Beach towels and beach chairs available but no umbrella. Pool and hot tub area clean with plungers available. Security evident. Beds clean and comfortable and plenty of pillows. Kitchen sparsely stocked. Only salt and pepper available, no spices. Washer, dryer and dishwasher in working order. The only drawback was dealing with management team (disappointing as extra administrative monies paid as oppose to using individual owner). Upon arrival I read information binder and no info re: WiFi password & no instructions re: Television which was not working. I called Teeming management number and woman told me that this information was sent to me as attachment. I received email but no attachment and still no attachment when she resent email. She provided the info over the phone and attempted to trouble shoot television problem but after much time on the phone this did not work. She said she would call Spectrum TV and have someone call me. Spectrum TV rep called me about 25 minutes later and said the controller needed reprogrammed. He walked me through this process to get the TV working but it was very time consuming (made me late for family meeting). This all resulted in a frustrating start to my stay but generally enjoyed my visit to this condo.

Perfection

Perfect Christmas Vacation. My wife and kids loved this property, it’s location, and all it had to offer. The condo was very clean and it had everything we needed. We were able to walk directly across the street to one of the best sandy beaches I’ve found. Then on the cooler days the kids enjoyed the heated pool while my wife and I watched from the amazing heated spa. We had amazing views of both the intercostal and the beach where we could watch the sunrise and set! The condo complex is not too big or crowded. Very laid back. Teeming VR is so easy to work with. I can’t recommend them or this condo enough. Can’t wait to come back either....Perfection!

Great Week at the beach!
