Living Area: Features Amazon Echos, Smart TVs, and comfortable lounging space.
In-Unit Laundry: Full-size stackable washer and dryer.
Connectivity: Free high-speed Wi-Fi included.

📦 START-UP SUPPLIES:
To help you settle in, we provide the following essentials as a one-time starter set:
🧻 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom & 1 roll of paper towels.
🧼 Hand soap, dish soap, dish detergent, and a sponge.
🗑️ Trash bags for each can & a few laundry sheets.
☕ Ground coffee or coffee pods & dish towel(s).
🛀 One full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person.
(Note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay. Items NOT provided include shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, spices, oils, sugar/cream, or foil.)

🚗 PARKING & ACCESS:
One (1) car per reservation can park for free in the Garage (unassigned spot) with the pass found in the unit. Display on your dashboard to avoid monitoring issues.
Additional cars incur a $20 daily fee and must park in white-lined spaces with the attendant on duty.
Elevators: Convenient access directly down to the Water Park and Jimmy Guana’s.

🌴 THE AREA:
Dining: Walk to over a dozen local favorites like Crabby Bill’s, Slyce Pizza, and PJ’s Oyster Bar.
Explore: The Suncoast Beach Trolley stops nearby, extending from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater. Enjoy nearby miniature golf and a game room!

⚠️ IMPORTANT POLICIES:
🔞 Age: Primary guest must be 25+.
🕒 Check-in/Check-out: Self check-in is 4PM or later. Check-out by 10AM on departure day.
🌡️ Water Park: Closes if temperatures are under 60°F. Pool remains open and illuminated for guests after park hours!
🐾 Animals: Under ADA and Florida law, owners are not required to allow emotional support animals (ESAs); only documented service animals are permitted.
❄️ AC/Heat: All 3 thermostats must be set to the same mode (either all Heat or all Cool) to function properly.
🚭 Smoke-Free & Vape-Free Environment:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. This policy applies to the entire interior of the unit, the balcony, and all common areas within the community. Evidence of smoking/vaping will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee. 🌊✨

📝 RENTAL AGREEMENT & PAYER REQUIREMENTS:
If someone else is paying for your stay, their name and email must be added to the booking, and THE PAYER MUST SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. Only the authorized payer is permitted to sign the rental agreement. Your check-in instructions will be automatically sent at 3PM on your arrival day PROVIDED THE PAYER HAS SIGNED THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
Because we have a high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Please note that this unit is self-check-in; there is no luggage storage if you arrive early.

🚨 STRICT NO REFUND POLICY (PLEASE READ):
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, water conditions (such as Red Tide or cold water), or transportation issues, such as flight cancellations.

Hurricane Season (June 1 – Nov 30): There are no exceptions for the threat of an approaching Hurricane or for hurricane aftermath, including potential closures of restaurants, roads, beaches, pools, elevators, or loss of utilities. We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance through a 3rd party to protect your stay. Date changes are not guaranteed, but if allowed, are subject to a $50 fee plus any rate differences.

Great Family Stay

Great view of inlet, close walk to beach and good restaurants. Big plus was all the material that was available to use at beach. The host was very responsive and helpful, The water park was fun and great to use after long day at the beach. Highly recommend and would stay again

Beautiful condo

Our family really enjoyed this beautiful condo and it was an excellent set up for us. The location is prime with a short walk to the beach and the city is cute with lots of restaurants and near by options.

Nice place

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and pretty well appointed (only had a few rolls of TP, so we had to run out for that, minor nit). Master bath was a little tired/could use a remodel. Our family really enjoyed the water park the days we were able to use it.

R&R Time

We were so happy when we walked into the condo! Little small for us but we made it work! I’m just gonna put this out there, I’m a bit of a neat freak so I had cleaned a few things when I got there. I was a little disappointed when we pulled out the sleeper sofa…. Was surprised to find dominos, dice, food, M&Ms and some crushed pretzels. I of course cleaned it but would like to comment to owners to make sure your cleaning staff cleans under couches and beds. I also was disappointed in the pool areas, because in the amenities it lists a private pool and a community pool…… wasn’t aware they were one and the private pool is only 5 ft deep. Not really a place for teens to stay. We had the beach but of course the water was too cold to swim. The unit itself needed some minor maintenance on little things, water pressure was horrible! We did find other fun things to do though! We rented a golf cart from Danny(next to Slyce) his wife and him were very friendly and I would highly recommend renting from them! We met Jim over at the Harborview rental place, he was super nice and very helpful! We also went to one of the new man made Lagoons, in San Antonio FLA. We did enjoy our stay though, despite all these little minor things! Deb was a fast responder ! We will def visit again, just maybe in a bigger place with more pool options for teens and adults.

Beach Condo

I grew up in IRB and this condi was a great location, clean, covered parking and well maintained. This was a huge savings over 2 hotel rooms since we have 5 of us. Would rent the same unit again hands down.
